where i come from the vilagers prefer it raw straight from harvesting tastes better when taken with tea,boil or eat it raw,at times its ground into flour cooked and we call it ugali muhogo,very nutritious....kenyan tribe God bless the Kambas❤❤❤❤

Everyfood or thing produced in India is always through s dirty or filthy process unfit for human consumption. It is a shame that lndian health authorities turn a blind eye to these unhygenic factories.
