Good sound, but the lyrics are unforgivable. I know this is AA an all, and I have always loved the lyrics being a bit edgy, but I feel like this song's are particularly reckless, to the point of being Satanic (which I never really felt from this band, always seemed like an honest fight with God). This is on a different level though.

The double entendre is not enough to overpower the foul stench of weakness here. What kind of Renfield am I being asked to become? Compared to a seemingly honest and empowering tune like "The Death of Me", this feels very base, lacking any redeeming lyrical direction. I don't feel this way about all of the songs on the album, but it is disappointing that one of the synth-breakdown anthems is not celebrating anything powerful, like they usually do. It would be one thing if the writer was patronizing a weak goblin or something, but I see no evidence that anyone other than he is indulging in this. To me, this means he is inviting us to partake and I just can't hold my nose hard enough through that.

The guitar tone is their heaviest. The drumming is the best. And the mix is crazy.
