Do not build!! You will 100% end up wasting your resources, no matter how many attempts the same thing always happens after flying. The thruster platforms on the side fall out leaving you with no turning. Then 6/10 times the whole platform fell apart mid air leaving me with nothing left.
It works good but it was flying sideways and then I found out that you need the yellow sides of the platform to be from and back not the brown side other than that it works perfectly
I've built it and it works for a little bit but like every build using non glue'd pieces it breaks. the monorail vid I'm posting is the only thing that hasn't broken on me

Okay i wanna ask something that i face with several similar designs as well as this one, my platforms constantly break apart mid flight for some reason, sometimes the engines stop working all together, and other times i hear a sound like burn out from the engines and they just clip through the foundations and suddenly im left without engines, why does that happen? am i doing something wrong or is it just a random bug that happens?
@@OhDoughis it because you are attaching the thrusters and switch to a regular platform and not the dynamic one? I've been making simple flying designs like one big ballon, one dynamic floor, one thruster and I still clip through the floor which is just mindboggling the game can't handle such a simple design.
i been wondering when you place the platform of your ship on those two pillar to be underneath to put the 4 thruster, didnt you have to destroy them since it was attach to your ship or when you lift off it detaches?
Doesnt seem to work for me {ps5} when i try to place thrusters or switches, the placement indicators change to an 'x" outline vs + outline and move the opposite direction i press on the controllor.
maybe im an idiot but i cant even build a raised platform correctly, because every so often one of the pieces i put down becomes lopsided or out of place and i have to restart or it just doesnt want to go on correctly flush with every other piece, and thats JUST on building the raised platform, i tried building the dynamic platform on top of the pillars after that, to which, it just slid right tf off. over and over again. i finally got the idea to build pillars around the dynamic platform to lock it in place, but it doesnt let me make all four locking pillars flush either becuase its a giant pile of wooden platforms, i finally got the dynamic platform locked in if thats what you would call it, and started building on what was supposed to be a flush dynamic platform, and for some reason the wooden tiles wouldnt build flush with the platform either so everything is out of place and wonky looking, its ugly and i followed the directions pretty much to a T and am already lost in the first 5 actual seconds of the video.
everyone else is saying excellent tutorial but i ended up with a pile of garbage, either you have something i dont have enabled on your settings or its impossible to build

I also build other ships, but sooner or later turning rockets stop working, for now im not playing till they will make an steering wheel

@@OhDough Yeah I’ve been looking for plane vids yours is the best and most simple one by far but the game is just too glitchy for that atm, just gonna stick to building stairs and gliding off in survival
2 issues, if you crash into player made structures it can do a lot of damage to ship other issue is thrusters can fall out. working on a new build today probably

a day or two after I made the vid I crashed my ship into a structure I built, made a new one and out of nowhere an engine just flew off. the safest way to fly is just adding weight to turn atm

I wouldn't make any flying machine TBH, I didn't have problems until recently and one major issue is going to far away from anything with balloons causes it to desync. so even elevators I've been using for weeks with no issue just all of a sudden yeeted themselves away somehow.

Worked but i hit a tree and it broke a rail. Made the ship uneven then broke some more until it was no longer flyable

I made this and it worked then I was having trouble with the controls and crashed into a tree and it broke after 10 seconds
How do you get the thrusters to work separately mine are always connected and go off at the same time

If you break something already built on the structure it usually fixes that. Make sure it's something you can easily rebuild

nope, balloons and thrusters don't give back materials at all

Left and right thrusters just fall out as soon as u bump anything and if u press the middle one and the left if flys out of the hole 👎

build a frame around a 16x16 with a bottom, break it and place the dynamic. I don't know if it fuses over time though
