honestly so glad it happened for you. and today i had the same awakening like i really didnt wanted to be harsh on myself anymore really didnt wanted to beat myself up if i didnt complete few of the tasks that were left. lets do everything with love its not that hard to give you all the love you deserve. social media often gives motivation in form of perfection and we are so driven by it. but its really not perfection. wherever you are even if youre taking one step youll get where you need to be. and lets not take our lives seriously i swear being a medical student has made me so serious and im a crazy person tbh
