Not much, and you are on the right track and raised the $M question;). For us, this product was a good way to do proof of concept, but it won't be the end goal. The moat for use case based AI products are heavily dependent on if you can get unique unfair vertical data that will empower your LLM to be the expert for your customers.
Your demo is really nice and clearly explained. How much effort you both spend in this demo?
