      They do exist as well, for example the only trans athlete to have ever competed on team USA in any sport ever was a trans guy. Also at least two trans guys have competed in D1 of NCAA whereas there has only ever been one trans girl who has competed in D1 of NCAA. You just don't tend to hear about them because trans guys being successful doesn't generate as many clicks as trans girls being successful.

      @@El-marino-loko780 but there factually speaking are a bunch of FtM athletes as well, you can't just say "not really" to that fact. The only women's world record that any MtF athlete on HRT has ever broken was the very specific 35-39 seniors world record in cycling, so the comparison in terms of world records is at 1-0 right now and only if we count seniors world records. Also people tend to forget that there are about twice as many MtF people as there are FtM people, so even if things were equal (which they aren't) you would expect there to be about twice as many successful MtF athletes as FtM athletes. I'm not saying that it's not harder for FtM athletes, of course it is, everyone who has ever been to a gym knows that it's way harder and slower to gain a competitive advantage than it is to lose one.

      @@Naskinlahtaaja your being a bit semantic. He didnt mention world records but your probably right on that number. (Altho tbf the whole trans ppl in sports hasnt really been a topic until very recently, who knows how many records trans woman can break if they are allowed and trained for it etc) But in terms of records and id say trans women are more dominant when they transition. New zealand weightlifter Laurel Hubbard won two gold medals at the pacific games, Cece Telfer became a div2 national champion in the 400 meter run. A trans woman also won a 200-meter dash at Connecticut's state open championship track meet. Also Zuby broke the british womens record for the deadlift by identifying as a woman while lifting
      Almost forgot but there is also that trans woman who was in the ufc and was fighting women and she was destroying every single fighter and then finally got beat by a competent/good fighter because of technique bcuz literally the trans woman was purely using the strength advantage she has from having been a man. I think she was like what not even ranked top 500 or something?

    • @Naskinlahtaaja
      @Naskinlahtaaja Před 3 lety +1

      @@NaruBrilu why would vague "records" matter instead of world records? Couldn't you say that pretty much anyone winning anything is some sort of a "record"? Someone breaking some local record doesn't really matter IMO at all and trying to track vague "records" is impossible. We know that in terms of world records the score is 1-0.
      Laurel Hubbard is the most successful trans athlete on the planet, and she may become the first ever transgender Olympic athlete (her pb wouldn't have won her any medals in the 2016 Olympics though if I remember correctly). What people always forget about this however is that trans people have been allowed to compete in the past 8 Olympic Games already and trans people make up about 0.6% of the population (MtF are 0.9% of women, FtM are 0.3% of men), so we would expect there to be some trans athletes in the Olympics if HRT made things fair. Just to put it into perspective, there were about 5500 women's athletes in the 2016 Olympics alone, and 0.9% of 5500 is about 50, so when the day comes that someone like Laurel increases trans representation from 0% to 0.02% you can't really point to it as if it's an example of trans athletes being dominant.
      I'm glad that you mentioned that Telfer won in D2, people like to leave that bit out. As should be obvious, the time that she won the D2 competition with wouldn't have even qualified her for the D1 race. I already mentioned how there have been at least 2 FtM athletes who have competed in D1 whereas there has only ever been one MtF athlete who has competed in D1 (assuming that June Eastwood has already competed in D1).
      The Connecticut competition that you're referring to is an unregulated high school competition. Because it's unregulated, we can't know how long the trans girl who won there had been on HRT, if she had been on HRT at all yet.
      Zuby obviously wasn't on HRT when he pulled off that meme. Just to be clear, most sports organizations mirror the IOC rules for trans women which require them to have undergone HRT before they're allowed to compete. I'm saying that those hormonal requirements seem to have kept things fair so far.
      The MMA fighter who you're referring to (Fallon Fox) only ever competed in smaller and mostly regional competitions where she retired from with a 5-1 record and after never winning a single title or tournament, she never competed in the top tier of MMA competitions. Referring to her as a "dominant MMA fighter" would be comparable to calling some decently successful ECHL hockey player a "dominant hockey player".
      Also regarding this style of talking about the topic with a bunch of anecdotes, please try to keep in mind that trans people make up about 0.6% of the population. Even if things were fair after HRT, you would expect a trans woman to be successful every now and then, so being able to point to a trans woman winning something doesn't mean anything.

      @@anaconda2371 Heyy, I just saw your reply right now and I immediately went to read the article and also watched the video.
      I really did not saw anything oppressive or abusive in Jackie's case.
      Only the thing, the child did was, that the child changed her name, which she was not comfortable with, started to wear clothes in which she will not feel sad and repressed, and started to identify herself as a girl.
      All I saw in the article and video was that the child did her social transition, and not the surgical transition or the hormonal transition, which would be a very hazardous and inappropriate thing for a 3 years old child to go through and to again note that performing surgeries and hormonal treatment on 3 years old kid is an illegal thing to do in America.

      @Aerenicos Coming back to what Andrew said that parents should be shot in the head when they transition their kids at the age of three. When the transition is surgical and hormonal on a 3 years old kid then I agree with him and you, that a parent must receive a strict punishment from the state.
      But when it comes to the case in the article, then I think that the parents are right. Parents like these allow their kids to express their gender identity, rather than making them feel ashamed about their true authentic feeling on their gender, by making them feel depressed or by causing severe harms to their self-esteem by constantly policing them.

    • @righteousmuckraker1485
      @righteousmuckraker1485 Před 3 lety

      But the issue which I have with him is that he gives a wrong and incorrect message to his audience. That how cisgender kids are abused by their parents for being who they are.
      But completely and intentionally ignores that, in reality, it is the transgender kid who faces problems for not expressing their true gender identity. And the real victims here are transgender kids who face the problem of their parents forcing them to not be their true selves.
      People like Andrew Shultz and Akaash Singh, who claim how the bodies of cisgender kids are being experimented on against their consent to fit the transgender narrative; this claim is so so stupid.
      Because if this is really taking place in this country, then we should assume that American society actually respects transgender people and view them as superior to cisgender people. But again this claim does not get reflected when we see so many high suicide rates, homelessness rates, unemployment rates, hate crimes, and legislative violence which the transgender community faces in modern-day America.

    • @massojupiter3436
      @massojupiter3436 Před 3 lety

      Nope. The American board of internal medicine endocrinology states that they recommend to not start the transition until at least 16 years old but it still doesn't stop kids from transitioning earlier than that and it certainly doesn't stop doctors from supplying them with hormones to start their transition. You can find many articles or videos of kids starting their transition at a young age. Also there is literally nobody stopping a child from going to a clinic and picking up testosterone to start their process.
      So these "assholes" did exaggerate the truth but kids do and can transition at an early age and some parents help them through the process.

Because puberty begins around 11-14, setting a barrier for hormone blockers with 18 equals higher suicide rate for trans people. There is no perfect system. It should be on an individual basis, with psychiatric evaluation, teacher interviews across the lifespan maybe too like with adhd (obviously there's no comparison). Both didn't have the opportunity to transition until their early thirties. It's far from being only testosterone, it's about bone density, muscle fibers, reflexes and many other factors that, even if you start an insanely early transition, still remain. The difference is at the chromosome level and literally it means that it's at the level of each single cell in the body. From the wikipedia page of John Money:
      During his professional life, Money was respected as an expert on sexual behavior, especially known for his views that gender was learned rather than innate. However, it was later revealed that his most famous case of David Reimer was fundamentally flawed.[21] In 1966, a botched circumcision left eight-month-old Reimer without a penis. Money persuaded the baby's parents that sex reassignment surgery would be in Reimer's best interest. At the age of 22 months, Reimer underwent an orchiectomy, in which his testicles were surgically removed. He was reassigned to be raised as female and his name changed from Bruce to Brenda. Money further recommended hormone treatment, to which the parents agreed. Money then recommended a surgical procedure to create an artificial vagina, which the parents refused. Money published a number of papers reporting the reassignment as successful.
      During subsequent appointments with Reimer and Reimer's twin brother Brian, Money forced the two to rehearse sexual acts, with David playing the bottom role as his brother "[pressed] his crotch against" David's buttocks. Money also forced the two children to strip for "genital inspections", occasionally taking photos. Money justified these criminal acts by claiming that "childhood 'sexual rehearsal play'" was important for a "healthy adult gender identity".[4]
      For several years, Money reported on Reimer's progress as the "John/Joan case", describing apparently successful female gender development and using this case to support the feasibility of sex reassignment and surgical reconstruction even in non-intersex cases.

      Yeah because that’s going great for the women 😆 Let’s face it. They will never be satisfied because they are not men. They want to be us. It’s that simple. Give them their own leagues they will complain people don’t care about them as much as they do the men’s league. They won’t make as much money due to less interest and then they will blame the “patriarchy”. It never ends.
