Happy holidays, Dale. In our family, Christmas always means good food, happy times, and a lot of steam and smoke. We use atlas o track and switches, although we lately switch out the atlas switches for z control boxes now sold by ross. When god was young, 18 out of 22 atlas o switches didnt work with a faulty design( we bought all in a 3 month period from, apparently, the same bad lot and bad design mistakes), couldnt be returned because of our delays building the new trainboard. Atlas did 4 revisions of their switches since then with added wires and solder points but their switch boxes are problematic. We have 30 parking tracks, all with switches.
Absolutely, on Christmas, we always need, urgently, to see the sights, get that dose of smoke and steam, and see what trains santa has brought us... the family, food, and fun follow up that. Happy Holidays, Chris.
