Thanks for watching. Can a beginner use it for line work? Probably not. But if you practice it a lot and get good at it, then yes, it is quick enough for line work.

Splitting the blue one to make the two eyes is there always enough room with the little bubble?
Rich Stein if you are running out of balloon, you can always do the pupils using a second black balloon or scrap of black.
