*Redo* Panda Balloon Animal Tutorial *Redo* (Balloon Twisting and Modeling #16.2)

260q or 160q?

260 is the standard. Unless indicated otherwise, assume 260. You could do 160, just make the bubbles shorter and the whole thing will turn out much smaller.
