No its not a good company don't join it. Qualcomm works on the mainly issues types less development work you will be frustrated at some time

CFG forms are out around feb.

I am currently in NIT Bhopal CSE, I would suggest that if you are getting CSE,ECE or EE branch in some other NIT then you can go for it , but if you are not getting these branches then you can consider NIT Bhopal (because of it's NIT status)
