I just want to give a little note: We can’t always “control our emotions” and that’s okay. We control how we react to them. Then we can be honest to God and turn to prayer, ask God to change our mindset and help us love as in the video.

Holy Shard Control how we react is literally a psychology based piece of advice, I’ve done my own research on psychology.
Of course we should also turn to a therapist, just like we would turn to both prayer and a doctor if we got physically ill.

That’s been me throughout my whole life since I was a child. Honestly I wish I was never angry to begin with because I’d get so angry to the point where I’d destroy things, I used to get bullied a lot in school where I’d come home crying almost every day, a day of suspension from school for no reason, just a lot of bad things happened but I really need help controlling my temper so that I don’t keep grieving the Spirit of the Lord but to change my thought life, my attitude towards people and just keep praying for them and myself. I know it’s not them but the devil is always using someone either who’s a stranger or someone who we know to put us against one another. I’m so sick of being angry all the time I truly want to change but to do the Lord’s will for my life and not lean on my own understanding. Thank you for this video and God bless you. 🙏💕

It's hard to control our emotions, especially when we are mad and sometimes we let our feeling manage everything in our life. The best thing to do is to ask God for Guidance and enlightenment . He is always with us💗❤️

I was in a play at my local theater and even though the director is a good Godly person, this person had a lot on his plate and would sometimes take it out on us. I found myself hating the director and almost quit the play. Finally, one day, I prayed for strength to go on with the play and for courage to love the director unconditionally. It wasn't easy, but the play went great and I found the courage to love with a Godly love. Hate is just wasted time anyway.

@@evelint3092 I didn't tell the story with anger in my heart, so no it's not a form of anger. I could see how it would look like I was trying to bash someone, but I wasn't. I just wanted to explain that prayer and being honest with God can take the anger away. I really wasn't trying to bash anyone.

I did mistake to a person and apologized from my heart but not forgiven by that person, now am depressed and sleepless nights are continuing for the past 3 years. Health is sick I don't know how to come out of it. It is painning. I lost peace. I was very strong in mind but now very weak.
As said in this video if someone had done flaw I would have forgiven and live freely but here it is me and don't know what to do.

Very helpful. Thanks God for this video. Every time I got abused verbally, emotionally, my heart weakens and I always cry to the Lord.
