- Bandai just made a real chad move and dropped not only the full reveal of the Gundam Asmodeus, but two additional never-before-seen HG Iron-Blooded Orphans kits right out of the blue! Bandai seems to be really pushing IBO for 2022, with a new wave of kits and a mobile game in the works. Keep watching for the High Grade Gundam Asmodeus, Schwalbe Graze Cyclase Custom, and Gikurune!
Oh and Full Mechanics Raider too I guess.

Been looking into getting back into gunpla, and these kits look awesome. Wish I could find older kits in stock anywhere though.
Try mandarake, at least most kits pop up frequently at a decent price, depending of your country shipping shouldn't be that expensive

The irony of that calamity war gundam asmodeus is he has no combat record and often been in the armory for so long, he had never got a chance to be deployed until the end of war according to the data.
I expected the demon of lust to look more feminine… curvier …. More flamboyant :p
That first kit looks great! I need to watch IBO.
1. Many MS actually have the clamps/claws on the bottom of their feet in some shape/form (in all series). Thing is most of the time its not shown/animated as its an obscure feature. The Asmodeus on the other hand seem to have weaponization in mind
2. For the Schwalbe, the thruster attachments on the back are the same, the main thruster nozzle is different though, same for the shoulders. The rear skirt/thruster got replaced with another of the back pieces. Thigh binders are gone too
3. The Valkyrie frame looks pretty much near full intact/unchanged in the new kit. That includes the back vents you mentioned (looking at my Grimgerde)

Dude, I'm happy they keep releasing new Gundam Frames.. just wish that a game could be made around IBO that's in the style of Journey to Jaburo but with better movement and combat.

Am hyped for Asmodeus, love the name and demon ranking. Gonna guaranteed get this gimmick based kit.
Read the back story, damn cool, never got to go into combat, so it has hidden potential(like me, ego moment); this confirmed me buying the kit. And it's coming around my birthday(another addition). Gray being my favorite color added a cherry on top. This kit is destined for me!
Will we get more IBO MG kits? My first ever Master Grade is Barbatos, which I bought in December 2021 (time of this writing) and he was incredible! I mean, if AGE, the first main show we got in the 2010s, could get a plethora of MGs (Need to buy AGE-1), why NOT Iron Blooded Orphans?
if i'm not mistaken, if it's in the anime/movie, almost every gundam have that claw thing on their feet to stand firmer on surface. exia and unicorn were also shown using this feature apart from what you've mentioned. but in gunpla, only some models were given this feature and I think for Asmodeus it is actually a retractable "claw" rather than firm footing feature. haven't played urd hunt so it's just a guess.
I believe the Zaku III HG has something close to this Claw grip thing but it's only a single panel that flips around and it's not even detailed on the other side if I remember correctly
Admodeus is definitely a must have for me. Probably gonna paint the weird yellow green into maybe purple.
I tried checking Wikipedia for valkyrie names and thought, wait could gikurune just be a japanized pronounciation of Sigrun? And just seconds later into the video... Oh it is Sigrun. Cool.

I'm really happy we get more mobile suits from IBO!
The tragedy of the Valkyrja Frame is that, if im not mistaken, we only saw one frame throughout the entire show; the Grimgerde was retooled into the Helmwige Reincar, as the original Helmwige was declared lost in the backstory of the show.
The fact that now we get to have the Sigrun is awesome, especially since it's a retail release. I hope I'll be able to buy it someday, same with the Asmodeus.
Apparently Gikurune is based on Sigrune, one of the valkyries

GundamKitsCollection only has a page for the Asmodeues last i checked so these other two kits are news to me. And one of them is a Graze! Legit my favourite grunt MS!
Also it's about damn time we got another Valkyrie MS! All we had before was the Grimgerde and its cosplay suit of a sword holder.
They gotta make one for the Oltlinde, just to add to the roster of valkyrja frame mobile suits.

Love that Valkyrie gundam frame. Those colors are pretty much the same as Lenneth from valkyrie Profile so that's fun! Lance looks a little small though.

a mobile suit based off cu chulian with a javelin that pretty much spreads and solidifies nanites into targets destroying it would be an amazing idea for a mobile suit

That asmodeus gundam hadnt been deployed in combat, it has been forgotten to be sortied outside the field inside the armory until the end of the calamity war according to the history of its gundam frame. Poor thing 🙁
I think Gikurune might be a translation of Sigrun.

Grimgerde 1/100 scale has the back flanges. I don't know if the 1/144 have them.

This is so weird. I literally custom painted a MG Barbatos and called it Asmodeus…very strange
Asmodeus has vuon legs, astaroth origins shoulders and nearly everything else is off the barbatos forms, the only thing original for is the head and color scheme.
They should make Gundam seere.
