Stokesay castle front is not look like the usual castle that I known but when you go inside I love the garden

WOW that is one of the most complete castles I've seen and it gives a real feeling of how certain people lived all those centuries ago, the state of preservation of the wood in every room is amazing, that is now high on the visit list. Thank you for your videos and atvb to you both. Paul.

The paneling in the solar is quite something. The decoration on the beams look still well defined. Thanks for taking us round👍

I’ve not heard of Stokesay, so I was excited to see this. I’m always fascinated with fortified manor houses. How lovely that these medieval buildings are still well preserved!!

What a brilliant place. So much history that has been left relatively untouched and just added to.
I think what amazes me most is that it didn’t get destroyed in the Civil War even when it was besieged!!

Very impressed with your latest video which I have just watched. I visited Stokesay with my parents many years ago when we lived in Bishops Castle (which does not have a castle).
Ludlow castle is also rather large and would be good to film. ciao Paul

Ok here goes wow amazing,fantastic,this summer i am going to this lovely castle.love info on the garden what i love about your videos i learn so much.same as they did to corfe,but this castle got off lightly ,shame corfe castle got slighted bigtime..i love the music in the background,sort of like enya.didnt know the moat was artificial.loved this,been abit ill but on the mend now.have a lovely weekend pinned and stay safe debs.xx

Great Video, I've been when we did our wales trip in the summer when my Samsung phone did a wobblier after a update and ruined loads of work that week, the update made all my videos have a big wobble on them :(
