It depends on if you are xj or jk guy. This is a better crawler out of the box with the new gearbox. Better shock (yes I know they are plastic but they are better than the kit version shocks)
Really wish axial would start putting portal axles on the scx10. They're so badass on the trx-4
I like to see it too but we have keep in mind that portal axles raised the overall center of gravity and not good for side hills.
Great video. Get the vanquish rock brawler sliders, much better. Can't wait for the wireless light vid.

great info , good quality sound and video too. Thankyou. Question: are these diffs the same as the diffs in the 2000 jeep Kit ? Does this Transmission come 2 speed like the 2000 Kit ? I am having a hard time deciding to get the 2000 Kit or This 2017 RTR. Please help Thanks.

I watched this, and when he took it out of the box, no spare tire. After, when he shows it, between 1:40 and 1:50, it shows a spare tire cover on it. I'm confused...
That_ Cat I am glad you noticed, the truck does not come with spare tire cover. It is an editing error when I mistakenly roll a clip from a second video with body line and spare tire cover mod.
That_ Cat it is made by proline, I simply put a tire foam inside to save weight. It is fixed to the body with a extra thick lexan.
I have the same rtr and have only upgraded the tires and wheels to Pitbull Growlers and it is an animal on the rocks. your going to love it. looking forward to seeing your upgrades.
you can go to my channel and see how it does on the rocks with the new Pitbulls by the way.

@@JPRC bro one last question for my 1/18th scale...example my current set up is stock 540kv 27T 7.4V esc and servo...and planning to install this GoolRC S2838 4500KV Brushless Motor 35A ESC 3.5kg Servo Combo Set for 1/12 1/14 RC Car can I still use my 2s 2.2mah Lipo battery? Bro thanks in advance...
RC Noypi unless you don’t plan on doing any crawling the brushless setup won’t do you any good.

It is a custom wrap done by www.sor-rc.com . It costs $60 at time when I ordered mine. You have email them from their website.
