#metoo is a feminist driven idea... feminism was and is about equality, not bashing on men. The world needs both women and men, both have so much to give equally not just one. Our daughters and sons should be taught that they can offer different qualities but are still equal.

What Charlize is talking about is impostor syndrome.Women with great careers wasting energy over a fear they might be "found out" as the fraud they (think they) are. Men of lesser talent think all they have gained is well deserved.It's well proven empirically from the financial industries. Men who make terrible mistakes thinking none of this has to do with their talents and merits; well qualified successful women who feel an inner sense of being "undeserving". Not somethingthat can be changed overnight - and humility, as the financial industries show, can help avoid disaster. But interesting fact to know.
