It's funny, they both sounds very sluggish and tired here, and their skin and hair doesn't look great. Pretty much persuaded me not to try this by example

I haven't eaten breakfast since college (30 yrs ago), was doing intermittent fasting before I heard it was a thing, now I eat once per day. I'm sure I'm nowhere near the thinker either of these guys are but I do feel that it enables me to be more productive and also caused me to realize that virtually everyone in the U.S. eats much more than necessary. I've been doing this for 20 years off and on. It's actually pretty easy to do once you get into the habit and it gives you more energy and concentration. Your body uses so much energy digesting and especially some of the modern foods that we eat make us really bloated and exhausted.
Clarity of mind is something Siddhartha Gautama recognized 2600 years ago when he proclamed, "He who gains victory over other men is strong, but he who gains victory over himself is all powerful." 👌

I am eating 1 meal a day it starts when I wake up and ends when I go to bed.
I fast between lunch and dinner, it gets a little rough it's touch & go sometimes but I usually make it without hitting the drive-thru
