Old Fashioned BLUEBERRY PIE RECIPE

- This recipe for blueberry pie is probably the only one you will ever need. Our family loves blueberry pie so much that there is no point in making any other.
Recipe:
crust for 10" pie
Ingredients for the Blueberry pie filling
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 T. Flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
5 cups blueberries:
2 TB lemon juice
3 TB butter
1 egg wash wash to brush the crust (1 egg white beat well enough to break up and add 2 tsp water mix)
sugar to sprinkle on the crust - Jak na to + styl
Wow! Honest, basic instruction from a real experienced baker! No high end stand mixer, no $100,000.00 kitchen. Just real, informative advice and instruction from someone who is more interested in helping us achieve a wonderful result, than in being a video star. You are so refreshing and because of your great explanation and camera work, I feel I can make this pie myself. And, how incredibly delicious does this look??? Love your videos. My grandma passed on the pie baking gene to me. If anyone watching is confused by the lattice here’s a pro tip from Gramma Donna Sue: start your lattice in the middle when you weave and then just flip back every other strip as you add the perpendicular strips. (It’ll make sense when you try it).

That is interesting because My mom used to use the Betty Crocker Cookbook and most of my recipes are hers. Those were very old cookbooks. Betty Crocker has wonderful cookbooks their recipes are always so good. Thanks for watching and comment.
