Rediscovered Works: I, Too, Sing America - Introduction

Opera Project Columbus's goal is to make opera exciting and approachable in Columbus via innovative, intimate, affordable productions starring both rising and established local talent. The I, Too, Sing America series features long forgotten pieces of prolific operas written by African Americans in hopes to resurrect and bring these pieces into the mainstream. The goal of the Diversity Committee of Opera Project Columbus is to enliven the opera world with the support of the African American community and make the opera world a place of belonging.
