Lovely house but I’d expect custom closets throughout. Love the mirrors. It definitely needs a crawl space instead of slab for all this luxury.

Basic house. No basement, patio needs to be larger, basic kitchen. I need more than mirrors with Bluetooth and in frame lighting. Only thing luxurious is the price. Someone will buy it.

I’ve seen Luxury and the only Luxury is the mirrors,closets could’ve been more custom instead of the wire shelves

not luxury. they are asking over a half million yet they put those white wire shelves in the closet. they threw in luxury features to distract from the flooring not matching the stairs, the tiny pantry, leaking taps, unframed windows....
When I say luxury it is in reference to the price, luxury when it comes to the features is subjective
@@FrederickMitchellJR definitely. i think the buyer who is not used to extravagant, opulent things will see this house as luxury. the price on the other hand...is not up to par. i think the builder/developer ran out of money and then cheaped out on the cosmetics.
@@spicynomad that’s what I mean by the finishes and cosmetics are subjective, but when it’s over $500k in Ga. It’s considered luxury price wise
@@FrederickMitchellJR really? we are going to have to agree to disagree. lately ive seen houses in georgia asking prices like san fran but the finishes arent there. georgia offers acreage but they arent ready. san fran, the land is lacking so you build up. im watching to see if realestate gets better there, however. holding my breath.
