You're a great tour guide!!! All the food looked amazing!
Thank you Beryl this was seriously awesome 🥺 I miss you all

" Is it better than Maggi?"
Lisa about to start a Food War.😂
Danggit is best paired with Vinegar and Chilli.

Yes it is!
Wai Wai is way better in my opinion.
@@chaelisa2763 but when I tried wai wai... I never ate that again : / I didn't like it..

I am so happy that you guys tried south Indian food as well 🎉💜🎉🎉❤️❤️
I agree! I always see her try North Indian food but not much traditional South Indian. Vudda and idle are my favourite dipped in a coconut chutney 🤤🤤🤤

hii lisa, i wanted to remind you that the "pani puri" u ate is actually fuchka, fuchka is really similar to pani puri but us bengalis stuff a potato, chickpea stuffing and a mishti (sweet) and also tok (sour) soup thingy and chanachur.
It's same in west bengal and Bangladesh!
So basically a sweet Pani Puri
i’ve never had fuchka with mishti lol that’s news to me
@@arpi6054 I'm pretty sure what she meant was a sweet pani(?)
Never had fuchka with misti in it and I am bangladeshi lol
We call vada as 'Vadai' in Tamil Nadu,South India.🤗(வடை)
Its from around tamilnadu too
In Malayalam we pronounce it as "vada"

Love how you're all getting together, connecting, enjoying food, and creating together! Thanks for bringing us along for the ride!!
So happy to see you trying a vadai! The one in the middle is sambhar. The white one is coconut chutney (as you mentioned) and the other one looks like onion and tomato chutney, which is also one of the traditional chutneys served with idly, vada etc. Have you had a chance to try masala dosa? If not, I highly recommend trying that out the next time you visit a South Indian restaurant!
Love that you tried Bangladeshi food! Just a small bit of info though: pani puri /gol gappa is an Indian street food dish. The one you tried is called fuchka, and has a heftier filling and is served with a liquid called 'tok' made out of tarmarind which we spoon into the crispy shells. Pani puri's generally have less filling and have to be dipped whole into coriander and mint-based liquid.
Even pani puris are eaten with liquid made out of tamarind..the two versions might not be that different..
@@monicakumari3664 The main base of the pani-puri liquid is a mint concoction. Tamarind is used for only certain flavours of this liquid, not all. However, in fuchka, tamarind is the main base and using mint is very uncommon. The fillings are also different.
i just googled apparently fuchka is an Indian dish too...
@@krishagarwal1844 It originated from India way before the partition and has developed regional differences over the centuries. Fuchka is the Bengali interpretation and if you've tasted fuchka/pani puri in India and Bangladesh, you'd know there are differences between the two
@@onebrowngirl998 dude... We bengalis also call it fuchka here. I have eaten it in bangladesh. The puris are away too small.... Fuchka in bangladesh and panipuri which you say is not different at all
I’ve been such a big fan of you ever since I was a kid and now we’re all grown up and seeing you try my Nepali 🇳🇵 culture food and other south Asian foods from the neighborhood I grew up food shopping in makes me super content and happy! Glad you enjoyed the Momo dumplings 🥟and the pani puri and Nepali Wai Wai noodles are the best instant noodles hands down! 😆
Kid? Her channel is just 2 years old. I know what you meant to say though
You’re still a kid then? Her channel is barely old
as someone who lives in queens this was so fun to watch!!! definitely going to check these places out!!😍
Is queens mostly resided by Indians ? Coz almost all of the shop names Seen in background had Indian names .. and even the grocery store and restaurants served indian goodies

YOOOOO THE LEGEND IS HERE
Thanks for coming to Queens Lisa! So many tourists overlook Queens when it’s actually such a gem ❤️❤️
Lisa you don't eat those sweets with a fork. You just eat it with your hand. Love you 💜
That would have been much easier 😂
The area is filled with cuisine of indian subcontinent and i love it!
That's so great! I'm so happy you tried south asian food! Actually all these foods like panipuri etc are similar in Pakistan Bangladesh and India! So they are cuisines of the three country, while in India panipuri is also called golgappa fuchka etc in Bangladesh it's called fuchka but it's one and the same!
Good on you for going to Queens Lisa! Queens is EXTREMELY underrated when it comes to food.
0:54 the middle one was sambar then coconut chutney and the first one was garlic and tomato chutney known as bombay chutney in India!
Wow you finally tried Indian food😭💖
I'm really happy🥺💕✨
Can't Believe that they had so many Indian Dishes there!😍 proud! 😃😜❤
queens is a really diverse place
jackson heights is dubbed as little india actually
Hey Lisa!! I am your huge fan from Bangladesh. Thanks for trying Bangladeshi food. And that 'Pani puri' is actually called 'Fuchka' in our country. Love you!!
I’ve seen like five of Beryls videos without knowing her name. When I say her face I was like “the around the world lady”!
The food you eat always looks so good!
AH IT MAKES ME SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU EXPLORE THE PLACE I LIVE IN :) queens is an extremely underrated borough and I’m glad you got to try so many different things!
I'm literally in queens for the next 2 weeks for work/ family stuff.. I have just now decided what I'm doing all day before I see multiverse of madness Friday night . . . 🤣🤤🥰🥰🥰
Hey Lisa, what you got from the Bangladeshi food cart was called fuchka not pani puri, they have different fillings and sauce types.
Dude puchka / fuchka/Pani Puri/golgappa are all the same thing they are just called differently in different places bruh why do you all have to spread misinformation always?!
@@rosalie6418 Its not misinformation! We call them fuchka here in bangladesh and they do have different fillings and sauces.
@@rosalie6418 it's different.... Fillings and taste
@@rosalie6418 all of them taste WAYYY different from each other, and it's coming from a person who has had all of them. Fuchka is definitely the best among these tho
As a Queens resident, I need to check these places out sometime!
Hello miss Lisa!
First of all thanks for trying Bangladeshi food! And I would really like to suggest and recommend you to try more Bangladeshi foods, I hope you are gonna love that.
And secondly, in Bangladesh, it is called fuchka which is slightly different than pani puri. Fuchka is stuffed with spicy potato and served with a sour liquid(tok). Also there was a topping of chanachur on your fuchka which is a very popular Bangladeshi snack. I definitely recommend it to you. Hope you try more Bangladeshi good and make a video about it🥺❤️
Finally you let someone who knows the area better to take you around instead of going to the touristy places! ~ so happy you met Beryl!!!
When u r both the super fans of Lisa and beryl also an Indian ..... ❣️ Just heavenly ⚡feeling

Indian food is famous in the whole world.
So probably she called it like that.
@@chaelisa2763 Well, In Eastern states like Bihar, bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa, etc. It's called Gupchup/Fuchka as well. So, In a way all those so called bangladeshi, nepali foods Lisa saying are still very Indian.
Hi Lisa! The chutney's name is sambar. I ate it and it was delicious. Hope it helps. Have a lovely day
*When I was in middle school, my best friends dad was Filipino and he came back from getting groceries and he had pressed, dried fish. It kinda looked like beef jerky but smelled fishy. I didn't want to try it but he talked me into it and I could have eaten the whole package myself! It was SO TASTY. It had to have been dried with some type of salty sauce or glaze over it. I don't know exactly what it was called but I've always wanted to buy it again but I wouldn't know where to go, or even what it's called. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?? HELP!??*
I think its called "Tuyo"
It goes by many names depending on what region of the Philippines you're from. Tuyo, Danggit (like in the video), Daing, Bilad, etc but they're all just dried fish.
My mom loves tuyo so much
Perhaps tinapa
It's probably " Tuyo " :))
0:54 I think I ate it in NYC once. It's very delicious 😋
I used to live in queens I still live in ny but just a different area. I loved queens! I’m so happy you went.
I stunned to see wai wai in that shelf😳
My favourite food CZcamsrs met and ate together! Life is so good
Lisa, if you got the waiwai, try it out. its really good. no spices needed except the one's that come by it and some boiled eggs besides it.
Jackson Heights is awesome and you guys didn't even scratch the surface yet.
Hey Lisa, can you test out Nigerian food? 🤗

I have a Patel Brothers grocery 10 minutes walk from my home in Michigan - same chain. It's great, but we don't have all of those other places. My parents lived in Queens before I was born and my mom said she's never been anywhere that had better food.
Hi Lisa! The middle one is 'Sambhar'
Me being a Bangladeshi thinking why they're selling Pani Puri instead of Fuchka. Thanks Lisa for mentioning my country. I've been watching your videos for a long time and I'd really love it if you try a Bangladeshi restaurant. Especially Kacchi Biryani
Omg... wai wai is the best noodle I have ever had.... the noodle texture is on point and it has a salty flavor to it... it's soo good!!!
