Another excellent video Andy. Nice to see the full setup of the kit you use. Very useful info. The evening and morning were like chalk and cheese. Stunning conditions followed by that bit of a breeze next day. It's a brilliant place to camp up there. The views for such a low summit are some of the finest in the lakes. Buttermere is probably my favourite area. Thanks again for popping up Sunday. Really enjoyed it. Catch you on the next one mate. Best wishes Paul.....PS....can't beat munching on a tasty growler 😂

Absolutely stunning photography and videoing. But as a fellow Yorkshire man, I don’t like the lakes. The old fashioned Victorian expression Awesome is apt. I love skies and hills of Yorkshire. In the Lakes the skies are too small, unless you get to the top. Love Kinder Mam Tor etc. Good review of yer kit. Nice camp. 👍🏻
Hi Michael..the peak district is my first love really & just an hour away from where i live so get up there on a regular basis.i do like the lakes though as it's a different perspective regarding the walking & camping on the higher summits which i like to challenge myself with.had quite a few questions regarding my kit over the last few year so thought it was time i did a little bit about it.tfw mate..Andy.
Coming from Sheffield that’s my old stomping ground till I left Sheffield. Now in North Northumberland 👍🏻
I gotta say Andrew you had spectacular views to your front but the view behind you here czcams.com/video/wZiegJ-EOec/video.html was pretty special to. A gushing wind for the morning but a grand time at only 300 odd meters. All the best. Mark
Hello Andrew. Does the foil mat keep the heat in like the highlander insulated foil mat or is it more of a matt protector. Thanks Steve.
Hi Steve..it serves both purposes really,it's made of ripstop aluminium & works by reflecting any lost heat through the mat back up.it's also very durable & rip proof so works as an excellent xtra protective layer..great piece of kit & it was from a site called treadlite gear..Andy.
@@AndrewBeavers I have one on order. He is giving me 90cm wide at the same price as 70cm. He seems a nice man. Also Andrew were did you get your chest bag lol. Sorry to bother you. Thanks Steve.
