@cory Have you ever heard it? I mean, the frequency that they share. Everyone can, if you're willing to pay enough attention to understanding something that you don't know exists.
It's like this. Sometimes when it's late and the area around you gets quiet, you will notice the first few times a ringing in your ears. If you are with anyone else nearby don't ask if they can hear it, they wont. You have to allow yourself to hear this high pitch ring which means it's like looking for a friends lost key even though you have no idea what it looks like. But when you find it, you'll know right away you did. Most people don't even want to help with the search.
The sound is like the key. You know it's a sound, so you just have to be patient and willing to invest the time to wait for it to come to you.
I heard it by mistake once years ago and now I can't stop smiling when I hear it. It wont make any sense at first but you will absolutely come to love and respect the frequency they send out. Its different each time, in length, time, pitch and feeling. But each time you think you've got a ringing in your ear don't try to shake it away as a bothersome bee, but sit quietly and pay attention to it, no matter what you first think of it. It can also happen anytime anywhere when you begin to notice it
It is a little shocking at first since you're overcoming the conditioning of your mind to accept your contact with another highly intelligent species amongst us.

As you close your eyes to sleep at night, do you see images or movies of seemingly random things? Most of us say it's just blank. or dark. Which is true but that's because you're used to focusing far away all the time. This has been called Looking Inwards towards yourself and Yogis practice by turning their gaze up into the top eye lid. Difficult at first, of course, but it allows your eyes to focus inside the eye ball instead of your usual outside past the lids.
Never ”worry” it's not working, just practice each night until you're tired, then repeat each night. Like a bicycle, once you have the experience you will always be able to do this. What can you see? Many things, beyond your minds memory or cognitive reasoning. Like dreaming, it never makes any logical sense but over time it becomes freeing as you learn to think alongside these visions and then you will control your inner vision with thought. Control only after your first few successful attempts.
If you are willing, some of the entities amongst us travel in energy forms your inner vision will notice as floating balls of light that move in and out of your body freely. They do it all the time whether you want them to or not. I have been able to ask a few of them to visit me and show me things. One time a single glow flickered dimly then pulsed brightly and I felt an immense glorious physical vibration travel from my toes to my head as if scrubbing my body clean of impurities as I lay unmoving, just accepting. Any doubt of the experience ends the connection which is why I repeat the word ”willing”.
We have all been conditioned by the system that controls us, to think such a thing means ”crazy!”. I'm okay with that, but not even trying to do something outside the ”box” is why anyone suffers at all.
These are merely two examples of what can be experienced by your mind/body/spirit connection. We believe only ”spiritual” people can do these things, but remember, spiritual means Seeking. Seeking to be more.

Literally seconds after I suggested a Rainbow Arcturian video from you I found on your subscription page an Arcturian healing channel talk about ask and ye shall receive! It doesn't mean you can't try to make one I know you have some serious equipment you showed us and I would love to see what You come up with. I am looking for a Rainbow light Arcturian meditation to protect against Reptilian energies and other dark entities like Greys. I hear the Arcturians are the Positive Guardians of the earth Working to help us bring down the veil of illusion. Since I decoded with the help of Fleur Brun and David Icke I have been seeing them. I live with one in a housing share situation. I suffer from severe migraines and it is my intuition that lead me to intuit that it may be because of their agenda to feed off of us...something happened to me this past October... I am trying to connect with Arcturians so that I can heal and become strong. This is very beautiful! Funny how to some it gives headaches, its annoying, scary, errie not working and others its just the perfect pitch! Ibdid 2 things. 1.) i played it it wo speakers so my husband could hear. He couldn't take it and said he got up cos he couldn't take the high pitch noise. 2.) I put my headphones on and listened wo visual and then with it. I do hear the scary sounds, crackling, rain and *closed my eyes to feel. It felt so calming and peaceful amidst the high pitchs and other unknow sounds. It related to life for me...having something familiar amidst the chaos...a symphony! *I focused in on the famuliar sound. I began to relate it with the sound of a heartbeat... i imagined it syncing w my own but then my mental gaze went toward a mother figure like mother or mother Godess. *Then IT CLICKED!!! IT WAS THE SOUND OF THE INSIDE OF A WOMB!!! Thats why it was famukiar and some scary destorted sounds but a safe peaceful environment hearing mothers heartbeat and feeling the warm low vibrations like you would hear inside the womb of a mother breathing air in and out her body. I can get creative w the rest i have yet to go there but that crackling sound i ised at first to imagine everything that wasnt me burning down and the heat feeling so good to be me or authentic and not weighted down w all that i was hikding on to a sort of burning and rising likebthe phoenix until i stumbled on the womb effect where i explored the crackling sound as some explain as rain and well u cld infrence it to the blood flowing thru the veins as its constant and liquid. That sound some call eerie sounds like a direct constant link to God or father to remind us Hes always with us that abyss sound must be the sound of just floating in the uterus and where i find myself most peaceful is floating in my back in a body of water and hearing all the sounds drown out but still peaceful like this. I was actually ablebto feel peace listening to this amongst my husband drilling in the same room and kids coming and going screaming whike theybplay hide n seek with one earphone working lol it is phenominal the cohesion. I dont even remember the frequency or name of this video nor did i care as I wanted to formulate my own opinion or version vs going off what its called or the frequency. I dont remember how i stumbled here just that it started early today looking for miracle tones. The tone gives a sense of strength for me due to the heart beat sound and the crackling of burning off the old that doesnt serve me. Its empowering. I started to invision my dayto day work and if it would work in different situatuons like doing mybenergybhealing it would work well, even working out for me like pumping iron? And there is a suttle sound mysteriois sound w little ringing that is even kind of sensual. Showering to it would work great. I will try to focus in on the heartbeat sound and see if it helps me sleep but the high pitch may not but ill try turning it down low since the heartbeat sound is most prominamt amyways. @@BarbieASMR Hm. i recently found out that fat is actually expelled through your BREATH of all things. Maybe there's toxins in your legs that are keeping fat stored, and when you are doing meditations all of that is getting released through cleansing breaths....🤔

I am back...going to try again. This one so far is not making me ill. Some of the higher frequencies HURT my brain stem...I think anyway maybe I have to try again slower this time...then I could subscribe again. It is just that Some of these make me very ill and It may be audio compression or it may be that I can't vibrate or resonate yet with the higher frequencies or it may be that the titanium in my spine is acting as a super antenna and it's too much energy for me. I am also looking to connect with Arcturians only Arcturians I have to it's important I need their help. Do you Know how to make a safe effective collaboration with bright beautiful colors on screen like a rainbow meditation Hot Pink, Bright purple deep indigo/violet, chartreuse green and ocean blue/turquoise? Arcturians manifest bright colors and they are supposed to be the "good guys" ...I am on a quest...Fighting dark reptilian energies...

You can play these high frequencies more softly and you'll still get the benefits. Your brain eventually gets used to these high frequencies. Once that happens, you'll no longer get a headache.
