We installed our Sports Suspension kit, front / side / rear diffusers, duck-tail rear spoiler, exhaust system w titanium quad tips, 19-inch "CROSS SPEED" wheel, chassis braces and etc.

I'm feeling this. Not obnoxiously wide like RB or LW, just enough bit of flare. Strange the rear diffuser is just a cover and not a full replacement though.

I kinda dig nose extension. Looks a smidge more agreessive and reduces the gaping grill a bit.
Very attractive aero kit. Gives the wide shoudlers and hips, nice aggressive splitter without looking like the crimson chin, and beefy diffuser. Too bad it’s like $10k though

With the fender flares installed (double side taped beyond the fender onto the bumper), how do you remove the bumpers in the future? Do you have to remove the fender flares every time and re-attach with new double side tape every time?
This Toms kit looks like it can easily be done at home by one self. Am I correct to say that the only invasive procedure was cutting some of the plastic rear diffuser off? The side flare fenders and the spoiler, and front lip are all taped on.
When are you dropping the 44mm flares?

Nice but I think they can do better. They knocked it out the park with the previous model's kit! Looked OEM. This kit looks aftermarket! I'd start with color match and closer connection points! You got this Tom's; blow our minds again!!! ✌🏾❤✊🏾

That thing is way less subtle with its fender flares and side skirts, this one is definitely more tame.

Is it possible to cut off the bottom part where the license plate would usually be mounted?
Aside from the exhaust tips, everything on this mod is so well done. Wish I had a team to transform my '22
The exhaust tips add a subtle but sportier feel imo don’t you think?
@@LoserGopher I actually saw some pictures recently of an 86 with the quad tips, and it actually looked really good. What made the difference was that they had changed the rear bumper assembly to one that had squared off exhaust cutouts, which made 4 tips look more natural. Turns out I don't mind the tips as much as I mind the way they look in the stock bumper assembly.

Is that exhaust an axleback or a catback? It’s the best sounding exhaust for these cars!
Also, is it better to cut the fenders to install these ones or can you just put them on the OEM body?
I’ve been doing a bunch of research. You can do it without cutting. (Someone from Japan who has them installed told me) They add 1/3 an inch. So very little. If you are maxing out fitment on stock body you’d want to cut though

@@toms36tv1 is the front lip confirmed as not fitting on the brz? looking at images of both bumpers, the shape of the bottom mostly looks the same to me. it's a shame if it doesn't fit as i'm getting the brz but the full tom's kit is my favourite

and what would be a better car? for someone who wants a lightweight rwd coupe that feels raw to drive there isnt much competition
@@arcanevoid9199 true, but after the cost of these modding this car I think a used Cayman would be a smarter pick.
@@lesrock6065 a cayman is not very similar at all, idk why you would get one of those instead. for someone who is really into cars, its an obvious choice. the 86 is far more of a drivers car, and will be cheaper to run
Firstly, these are all just aero mods. You can do aero mods to any car to add aesthetic personal value. But to entertain your point, can you list a better car for under $40k USD OTD? or even under $50k? At the same price point, sure you can buy a Used Cayman with 70k miles on it, but why? You can certainly argue the Porsche has got the better gearbox and better engine, but you certainly won't be driving your Porsche like you would a GR86/BRZ -constantly having fun pushing the car to its limits because the chassis and the overall balance allows you to.

@@idokwatcher2062 so what you think its not a real sports car? and honestly you dont need that much power when the car weigh much. like some of these muscles cars are close to 5000lbs. and what zr1 gets better mpgs? 2019 has 15 mpg combined, and would most likely get alot worse when you get on it. big v8s and lots of power isnt what makes a sports car, or even a good car
