Am I the only one who thinks tiger muay Thai is a perfect gym for Conor McGregor will further elevate his striking and improve his takedown defense at this point he's plateaued at the fairly shit sgb and tiger is a gym that will improve what he's good at and that's what he needs at this stage
Cody Garbrandt started training there and he's now on a lost streak. Tiger Muay Thai will take away Mcgregor's strength which is boxing.

@@tommymiller8793 but he's got supeb boxing skills i would argue even better than Mcgregor's actually. Guy played Dominick Cruz after training with Tiger Muay Thai he got beaten by Rob Font.

I go SBG and I have to agree. I need to move to a different gym if I’m gonna get better. They have Gunnar nelson and Johnny Walker. Peter queally. And that’s all tbh

these are the best of the best 20 ish gyms in the world for mma, if you go to sbg i assume you are in ireland. i dont think theres a better gym unless you want to move to thailand or something

Trained there when Kimbo was around, ... His bodygaurd was the largest human being I've ever seen. Also Hector Lombard hit me harder than anyone else ever did. Good to see him back in bare knuckle.

I think it’s time for a redux of this tier list; some gyms have gotten multiple new champs and top contenders whereas others have lost their stars. Would be interesting to see what moves up and down

Coach tier pls. But also make more ko lists (there will be crossovers but one ko list doesn't work because of all the different criteria you could give importance to. You could do: most visually impressive ko (e.g. Buckley), most devastating ko (ngannou vs Overeem etc, Edson spin kick(crossover^), best build up/ meaningful ko ( Conor vs Aldo, Jorge vs Ben).....
It's too much work really but some tier lists have too many criterias and are more interesting even split into two lists than some of the other lists (e.g. best coach, though they are all interesting)

Wouldn’t mind a hypothetical BMF tier list🤷♂️ it could be cool if the UFC made it an actual yearly tournament of some kind . I think it’s great fan service and something for the journeymen who will never touch the title . Also could bring in some decent chedda for Uncle Dana ...It won’t happen sadly but I’d consider paying for the ppv..okay probably still would not but I’d justify it for somebody else. Doubt u do this GURU as far as the lists go but a hypothetical tournament bmf request good sir! Love your content my dude

Belal used to train at rofus gym but he left and trains at a local gym in Chicago with ignacio bahamundez but he still go train at rofus from time to time
My gym has produced four fighters that went to the UFC, and one in Bellator, but only one of them had any success in such a large promotion. The rest flopped competing at that level. We’re a good gym, but not world class. Sometimes I wonder how far we’d go if we had world class training like Tiger Muay Thai and elevation, but we’ll never know.

It seems like this should be best gyms for professional fighters. I would have liked to heard more information about the gyms like cost, accessibility, public/private. While a gym with good fighters tells you how good the training is it doesn't tell you how well these gyms conform to the regular person that wants to train for exercise or they are just getting into training. Some of these gyms will only focus on their big guns and don't give a crap about anyone else.
