22:52 the frog with the stick in its mouth is a musical instrument. You rub the stick up and down the spines on the frogs back and it makes a noise. It’s called a guiro.
Just got to say, I absolutely adore the old thermometer with the adorable children . That's a really nice afghan

I love when you go to estate sales at The Villages. We go to estate sales in Sun City, Arizona.
Man that pool was so nice! I just wanted to jump in! Lol. The estate sales there are so good!
Always think about when the elder Seinfelds when they retired down to FL when you’re in the Villages 😂

Omigod..at about the 1:00 mark, laying on the table, all by itself was the Bealtes "Yesterday and Today" album! And under the cover (of some copies) is the famous and explicit Beatles Butcher cover. I was screaming at the screen GET THAT ALBUM! You just never know if you have one of those covers! Another good find was the Georges Briard box. I looked it up casually and that particular design is going for decent money. Good eye and good find.

The wooden frog with the stick...yi6u take the stick out and run it along the top spine of the frog, and it makes the sound of a frog croaking. I had one I got from Mexico.

You found some great things! The stir sticks were awesome. The wooden frog with the stick inside was a miss! You rub the stick on its bumpy back and it croaks! They’re actually really cool. I think you would have gotten a big kick out of it!

Shopping with you is always fun! Even though I hail from IL I've been in Tucson now for many years. The wood carvings that you picked up are two coyotes and a saguaro cactus. I'm glad that someone is enjoying a little bit of the desert in Florida!

The wooden frog is an instrument. The stick is used to hit the head of the frog and it makes a clunky sound and you rub its back for the szhuuu szhuuu sound

Hi Jeff try to go to north east area se area the estate sale is way cheaper there was a estate sale in baseline pass Thursday they have thon of stuff the price is really good his my favorite seller it’s was mind blowing with all the stuff I spend $200.00 the price very cheap the village price is to expensive the dealer don’t go in that area I’m a collector I’m not a dealer or a reseller but I love to go to them

I sure hope these people know that you are totally ripping them off you go to these garage sales or estate sales by things for a dollar or two and go charge like 20 $40 what a shame.
Simply, remember the peo who buy at estate sales do not set the prices. These items would be more at vintage or antique shop
These are estate companies who set up and price for the owners. Jeffrey knows the worth of these collectables he finds and resells them. Nobody is ripping anyone off.
