Those shell necklaces you picked up in the 3rd stop make nice tie backs for a shower curtain.
Bandaids always came in the metal box back in the day. Great for storing crayons, change, etc. Wish I’d saved a few.

The white batter bowl next to the Glass Bake you picked up is Fire King. At 60% off you should have looked at the art with the girls on them. I had those in the 60's.
I agree, Goodwill gets boring. These estate sales @ the Villages are terrific! What beautiful places. Cant wait to see your new flooring installed next week. Your home is really coming together.

At the first sale, 60% off of the 18.00 fan vase was 7.20. That's not bad!

So many nic nacks in that first house. You picked up some nice treasures. Awww that little fluffy dog, so cute!
I could almost feel the sun and smell the water while that bird was singing...that was a beautiful place at the end...lovely vid! ♥
There was a Lipper and Mann figurine on the table at that first sale. It's nice to see these estate sales. I was always under the impression that there was no good vintage in Florida, but you seem to find a lot. The first estate sale had LOTS of stuff I would have picked up.
I saw that figurine too and wondered if the EL was there anywhere. I definitely would have bought a bunch including the trashtastic trash can.
My Dad lives in Wellington which is in West Palm area and he has one of those water ways behind his house and there is a horse farm on the other side of the water and I love watching the horses just grazing in the grass. So peaceful ☺️
I love just imagining it. Lucky for you and Dad.
Yes, Wellington is a horse lover's paradise. Athina Onassis had her horse farm there. It's also where I go watch polo matches.

OMG.... I saw the Vintage girl art at the first sale and I wanted to snatch all of them up! What a deal. You got some cool stuff. I'm in the Seattle area and most of our estate sales have went to auction online format so there's hardly any you can actually go to anymore. I wish we had as many as it seems like you guys have down there. But then again it is Florida haha
I saw the vintage girl art too & also wanted it! I’m your neighbor in Portland, OR. We still have Estate sales to go to, but since I just downsized I really shouldn’t be shopping at all (like that will ever happen, lol)😊

There's always one oddball in a bunch & I guess that's me. I've never seen the point in having a huge house unless you have a big family, & once the kids move out it's just wasted space. I think rattling around through empty rooms would just make me feel more lonely. A smaller space surrounded by things & hopefully people I love is enough for me but like I said, I know that makes me an oddball.

LOVE ESTATES SALES.WHEN I WAS MUCH YOUNGER I WOULD GO WITH MY PARENTS. WE WOULD MAKE A DAY OF IT AND COME HOME WITH SO MUCH. THE FIRST ONE YOU WENT TO I SAW SO MANY THINGS I LIKED.ENJOYED THE VIDEO.👍❤️🙏🇨🇦😘

Those pictures you pointed out in the first sale with the big eyed girls, are totally worth picking up, go for great money.
60 percent off on those wide eye prints was amazing! Those Anchor Hocking Bad Guy mugs are about 30 or more each.
Great video! That little dog...awww! You're funny.. how much??? Sometimes I pick up a basket or big plastic bowl just to put items in it until checkout...then decline on it..or buy it! 😄🌴🌞

Those shell necklaces are fun to decorate with. I have some draped on glazed pottery I keep flowers in. Good for hanging little air plants and things, too.
Stella would be so sad and jealous if you brought home another dog. On a side note, that home on the water was very pretty 🩷
Love to shop with you especially as it doesn’t cost me any money. I would have bought the $50 decoy at 60% off-only $20 and very much treasured by collectors.
I think the decoys were at the second sale, the first was 60%.

@@michaelle8384 ja I have one of those, too, and keep asking myself why? If it is not important enough to display, why pay a fee to hide it? And I am going to have a huge sale soonish... haha... Right...
People over the age of 70,find places to store, keep and hide.
I imagine this may have been more than one home owner , more like a group of residents, put their items in.
If this was a retired community, they might have several families, from the same Era who would have many similar items..
If it relatively new community, this probably would be new residents getting rid of their stuff.
I think retired people now get rid of a greater percentage of stuff before they move.
Once I would empty my cupboards, boxes in basement, garage and 3rd floor, you would wonder where it all came from too.
Those huggable hangers are expensive. Also at house #2 there were 2 cotton thermal blankets that are great for your climate.
