Glad to make you glad! Don't worry, I used to have horrible days as well. What got me through it was having a schedule - getting a full nights sleep, and morning routine :) I know it sounds boring, but trust me it changed my life!

I agree with Pluto. Having a schedule is so important. I use my phone's calendar to write what I'm going to do for the day. For example, do math homework from 6-8 pm. It helps me stay on track and feel less stressed about completing things on time
