Happy to see another update, was kind of wondering 😂. Looking good overall, the grey and dark colours seem to be the in colour for houses in North America not sure of the Caribbean trend.
What will they do about the kitchen cabinets. I'm thinking no drawers in the cabinet is a really bad desission.
I agree- it will be a great discomfort if no drawers. Fingers crossed that the issue will be resolved.

mix it up, herbs, flowers, veg plot. yuh can be versatile.
I am happy they listened about the colour however not much thought was put into the new colour to compliment that dark gray colour. A lighter gray would definitely make sense but I guess that cream colour is less expensive. Such a pity, especially with the other new developments coming up, they drop the ball with the outside colours. They do very good work on the inside. Did you also find out if they will have drawers in the kitchen? I have never seen a home built with a kitchen without drawers for fork/spoons and other utensils. Mind blowing how they would not include this as a basic.
Agreed, a light grey as advertised. Not sure how the new cream color blends with those grey tiles on the inside.
No update regarding the drawers as yet. I will let you know once I receive an update.
Phase 1 has a water problem, what's gonna happen when so many more units are added...it's the same area.
Love the inside color but the grey color outside is a no.

On rewatch I’m now noticing there is no pantry. Not much storage space in the kitchen.

The 2 & 3 bedroom bungalows are sold out. However, 2 bedroom townhouses are available for USD $247,242 and 4 bedrooms for USD $350,410.

The 2bedrooms/2bathrooms bungalow now cost 282,500 USD
The color scheme is still quite off putting and not complementary. There is not enough counter space. An island needs to be added and the cabinets adjusted. Not on par with other recent developments
Also the accents seem to be dark meaning doors, windows and fans with a stark white kitchen. Can the colors of the countertops and cabinets be changed?
