I wanted to get one but the prices are really high. There have been so many new gated developments in St. Ann in the last 3 years
No even people who lives abroad cannot afford these ridiculous prices I live in the UK for over 30 years have a well paid job and I cannot afford these criminal prices

The cheapest one was like £150000 that’s quite cheap when houses go for on average £264000 in the uk, even another home is like £256000 (I think the three bed) so it’s pretty average and affordable, how cheap do you want a home??? I’ve seen some in Jamaica for 50k but they are really run down.
