Deviled Eggs, Angel Eggs recipe, Quick and Easy

  • Deviled Eggs are one of the most popular appetizers on the planet, But in this video I'm going to share my Angel Egg recipe with you. If your a fan of the classic Deviled Egg and are trying to eat
    healthier then your going to love this recipe. Perfect for dinner, get togethers, or just a snack, so go ahead and and get your Deviled Egg fix with a new spin.
    Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    6 eggs
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 orange bell pepper
    2 green onions
    3 tbsp corn
    fresh chives
    1/2 tbsp sea salt
    1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
    1/2 tbsp
    paprika
    Step 1
    Boil s pot of water, add the eggs and boil for 8 minutes, remove the eggs from the
    water and let cool
    Step 2
    Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, slice them, and remove the skin. Chop the
    avocado and put it in a bowl.then using a fork smash the avocado till smooth.
    Step 3
    Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into the avocado and mix well.
    Step 4
    Once the eggs have cooled, peel them, cut them in half, remove the yokes, and put them
    into the mashed avocado, and mix it together. Add the paprika, pepper and salt.
    Step 5
    Divide the avocado mixture evenly into three bowls, and set aside.
    Step 6
    Finely chop 1/2 the pepper, and add it to one of the bowls. Finely chop the green onions,
    and add them to one of the bowls, and add the corn to the last bowl. Lastly chop about 1
    tbsp of the fresh chives in each bowls.
    Step 7
    One bowl at a time mix and fill 4 of the eggs, after all the eggs are filled, sprinkle with paprika
    to garnish. ( little tip, there may be some unused filling, it goes great with some healthy crackers
    as an extra snack later.)
