Pretty much any made in Japan Yamaha acoustic in the LS Series is absolutely awesome, especially beginning with the LS-26 and above. While some of the lower end guitars are really an excellent choice if you don't have the money for the high-end LS series, such as the LS-16. Even some of their less expensive models, for example, the AC-3R, etc., are excellent sounding, and crafted extremely well. If you haven't tried a good Yamaha acoustic, check 'em out.
If I was going to spend that much on a guitar, it would be a Martin hands down.
I have the F9-R - it is as good as any of my Lowdens, Martins and SantaCruz

I have a Yamaha LL6M which is fantastic, this appears to be in a different league . . . I want one!
Nice guitar. Far too expensive. Will sell in amarica where price is considered a sign of quality. Ill stick with my LL16D an awesome yamaha at a fraction of this ridiculous marketing exercize.
I have an LL6M A.R.E. and an LS6 as well as an FG830. The new models are incredible.
I love Yamaha guitars and I own 2 red label guitars. The FG5 and FS5. Awesome guitars. I would love to have an FS9 R or FG9 R but they are too pricey imo.
