Releasing Baby Sea Turtles in Puerto Escondido, Mexico // Digital Nomad Life

Releasing these cute baby sea turtles in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca is the best thing you can do in this beach town and it will go down as my favourite travel experience ever. This turtle release camp is located on Playa Bacocho beach and volunteers working here make every effort to protect and care for these new born sea turtles so they can be given the best chance at survival. Every evening at sunset, many people gather around this beach in Oaxaca to release these new born turtles on the sand and watch them crawling toward the ocean as they get swept away by massive waves. The sad truth is that without human intervention, most of these baby turtles aren't able to survive. I hope you guys enjoy this Puerto Escondido Vlog.
