What do you think about the problem that people are having trying to enable additional GOAT modes on the 2022? BTW, the switchless one is the one to get. I have both, but use the switchless one unless I have a reason to use the one with the switch. The number of modules should also be equal (surprise surprise) to the number of modules in your AsBuilt file and map over to your ETIS data as well.
I heard about that. Maybe the codes changed. I don’t know why Ford would have done that or just to protect the ability to activate them to force people to buy higher price vehicles.
@@1Five1Garage it's antithetical to the entire Bronco ethos of modding these vehicles. I really hope that they have an epiphany and don't lock us all out, because then we'll just have to resort to ripping out their shitty systems and replacing them like Jeep people do. ;)
I was wondering if you have heard from anyone else about getting alerts after you use forscan? I use forscam to get all goat moods and change my tire size. After I’ve done that I get alerts on my dash that say check 4 by 4 and service vehicle soon. Them 2 codes pop up and I was wondering if it happened when you did forscan or you heard from someone else about it and how I can’t stop it from always being on?
I bought the switched adapter (loooong ago) before the non-switched model launched, and have been wondering if I should bite the bullet and get the new adapter. If both work well enough for you...I guess I'll keep it for now. Would rather not eat $40 if I can help it...
If I was looking at either or.. I would buy the switchless one. But if I had one with the switch already I would just used that one. It's not THAT big of a bonus to replace it. We just bought both to see and figured we would see if there is a difference.
funny you mentioned this cause i have one that looks similar to the switched on they have and whlist using it said it didnt have enough power for the bronco and then later says its not recommended and might not function properly which it didnt but i have one of the recommended ones on the way so hopefully that solves that problem.

It should work. My suggestion, do some googling and research it. The brief research I (Jill) did, says it is compatible.
