As a professional driver I have seen a drastic spike in homeless people here in Winnipeg, I actually carry a Naloxone kit in my truck because I believe in giving people a second chance.

I have the same philosophy/ideology as well - don't know why or how - must be from being around my good grandmother RIP 🌿✝️🕊️ Unfortunately there have been times where I've given 2nd and 3rd chances for people I have known. So after that third time? And they burn me again? It's done. I don't have the time & money to waste with people strung-out-on-stupid (not just drugs btw... gambling habits all the way to destructive gossip). Anyways God Bless you for your good heart.
