@@chicassoproductions8527 right after saying that his opponent had hung the queen, he acknowledges the pawn move by saying "no wait, what? Qh4, g5" (9:01). so yeah the queen isn't hanging, but Qh4 is still a winning move (as indicated by the eval bar) because pushing the pawn allows another check on h6 and then the king can either move to e7 or to f5, which both allow him to win the bishop after another check on e6

Then the king would probably have to go to e7 and maybe levy didn't like this line since he is not gaining any material. Maybe that's why he rather chose to take a pawn at a6. I can't understand it deeper than this.
