Summer’s coming to an end (which is always sad for me because I LOVE summer!) so I thought it would be fun to have an end of summer sewing themed giveaway to do one more fun thing before the season comes to a close! I’ll be giving away three little sewing themed prize packages to three different winners, and the giveaway is open internationally. Good luck!
CONTEST DETAILS:
NOTE: Entering into this giveaway means you’ve read and agreed to all of the following rules, regulations, and eligibility requirements:
TO ENTER: Leave a comment in the comment section letting me know what your dream sewing project would be if you could make one thing, no matter how difficult it is to make.
OFFICIAL RULES:
-This giveaway is open internationally - as long as you can receive a package from the US you can enter
-You must be 18 years or older to enter; if you’re not 18 or older, you must have your parent enter with their account.
-The giveaway will run from the time it’s posted on 8/31/19 through midnight EST on 9/12/19. I will announce the three winners in the weekend following the giveaway.
-The winners will be announced in the description box of this video within a week after the contest’s closing date. I will also respond to the winners’ comments to tell them they’ve won. Winner must then respond to my comment with their email, which I will use to get the details of where to ship the prize. This allows me to verify that I’m sending it to the correct email account, and I will delete your comment with your email as soon as I see it to protect your privacy. If no response is received in a week’s time, winners may be required to forfeit the prize and someone else will be chosen. I will then get your address when we talk in email and ship you your prize.
-Any personal data I have to collect to ship the winners the prizes will be deleted after I get the prizes shipped out.

My dream sewing project is to make a quilt for each of my daughter's that has spacific pieces of clothing from when they were babies. That's always been a dream of mine ever since I was a kid. I just never had the chance to start sewing until recently. Thank you Monica for all of your designs and helpful tutorials.

Hi Monika - There are so many things to choose from! I'd like to be able to sew ANYTHING and not be intimidated by the difficulty level. But my real challenge would be to sew something I designed :)

My sewing dream would be to make a wedding dress for myself with some of my knitting or Irish crochet. I also dream of being able to serge curves, especially tight curves lol. And katwise inspired recycled sweater coats with character themes!

My dream sewing project would be to make each of my three girls a quilt. It may be simple for some but the idea of quilting is daunting to me.

Hey Monika! My dream sewing project is for a Disney themes vintage outfit to wear to Dapper Day at Disneyland soon! I want to do a Disney Poodle Skirt, so instead of the poodle applique on the skirt, itll be a themed object for whatever movie I pick. Example: Genie would be a blue skirt with the magic lamp as the applique ^^) every piece hand made too!

My current dream sewing project is a royal blue romper inspired by the iconic NASA flight suit, with some personalized touches like rainbow zippers and a belt bow. I'm hoping I'll be able to actually make this happen for next summer. Thanks for doing this giveaway. Cute prizes!

My dream sewing project would be a zipper fly. I know that might seem simple to some but a zipper fly can and will make you garment look professional.

If I had a daughter, I would love to make her wedding dress. I used to sew all of my clothes in High School, but stopped. I really wish I hadn't. Just this summer, I bought a brand new super sewing machine---(my hubby calls it a Cadillac sewing machine). I love your channel so much because I just realized how EXPENSIVE PATTERNS ARE!!!!! I'm ready to get back into sewing!!

My dream sewing project would be a super fitted, ornate steampunk/captain hook inspired trenchcoat! I have always wanted one. But my measurements are really odd. So it would have to be custom made. One of these days, I'll make it happen!

My dream sewing project is my own wedding dress (and flower girl/junior bridesmaid dress for my daughter). Corset bodice with ribbon off shoulder straps. Cap style sleeves but full length down to my wrist, no seam on the underside, made of soft lace. Circle skirt, either tea length or ankle length, the same lace as the sleeves, with a knee length A line or pencil modesty skirt underneath. Top it off with a circlet tiara (that I may very well also make myself) embellished with crystals and pearls. My veil would be the same lace as the sleeves and skirt, a wide teardrop shape clipped to my hair, behind the circlet (or attached if I could manage it).

A whole line of plus size neon bathing suits. This is my dream project. I have started and would continue with it if I could ever figure out why I'm have skip/slip stitches. I'm using right needles, foot and every other thing I can think of. 😒
