- A commenter suggested the idea that I should start as the Oghuz Il and destroy the Byzantine powerbase currently in Turkey to become The Ottoman Empire. Because I love recreating history in CK3 and a challenge I decided to accomplish this.
If you guys have any ideas or suggestions on what to do next leave a comment.
side note : be very carefull giving land to your daughter's husband, because if his religion allow divorce, most of the time he will divorce to get an heir of his own dynasty

I did the Turkish eagle challenge, but rage quit after my mongol alliance got annulled and they invaded me right as a massive civil war started.

Another great idea, i share this with almost every content creator and they never do it.
Start as the Isle of Mann under Ivarvthe Boneless, you can either play as the guy there already or make a custom ruler (within the 400 limit ofc) and Elevate the Isle of Mann Decision, then go for the Empire of the Northern Sea decision, which you need to hold England, Norway & Denmark for thirty years. Meanwhile, while holding & waiting for those three, build up your holdings etc. once you can make that decision, for one last epic decision, go for the Kingdom of the Mediterranean (forgot the name) where you hold Sicilyz Malta, Sardinia, Malorqa. Then you're pretty much done lol. You could also ignore that entirely and do a Roman Empire likr run where you take over the entirety of Scandinavia.

Fun challenge idea: Start as a duke, give an unlanded courtier land and play as them and conquer the de jure kingdom and/or empire.
A good start is starting as the Duke of Wessex and give a random courtier Essex and Kent duchies including London
eu4 player here, the ottoman "capital" in eu4 is edirne aka where the byzantines relocted after you took constantinople, they also held all of the balkans that byz does and more (except athens and morea)

If you play as a Seljuk Turk which is diverged from this culture, you can merge with greek to get Anatolian Turk, a special culture.
Now convert to orthodox and take claim on byzantium with meritocracy

You could start as a Circassian and estabilish the Mamluk Sultanate. Or Starting as the Rawdanids (Tabriz in 1066) and estabilish the Ayyubid Dynasty. They were of Kurdish Origin.

I think Turkish culture is Anatolians(hittites etc.) and Oghuz(Turkic) peoples mixture. Because Muslim Turkic people always exclude "others" at this time too.
As a Turk, I can confirm we have a multicultural home. But rather than native Anatolians most of the time We have been effected from Persian and Arabic cultures via religion and location.
