Personally in my eyes a wrap up is different for everyone. If you watch several booktubers, not everyone is as detailed about the story, or as detailed about their feelings whilst reading the story. So, people attacking you and claiming you didn't even read the book is so odd imo. Maybe they should post a wrap up and show how it's done. I'd much rather see a happy and passionate Bella talking about how much she felt or how much she didn't feel when reading a book, than someone who just recites every single chapter and sentence between the characters. If you're so curious, go read the damn book. Don't attack a booktuber and tell them how to direct their content. Respectfully, who do you think you are?
On top of that, do what feels right for you, Bella. It's your content, your space to share your thoughts and feelings. No one has a right to tell you how to do it. ❤

i actually really enjoyed this format so if you want to continue like it it'd be great - if you don't want to do them at all for a while or just list them at the end of a video or whatever that's fine too! i don't think you should force yourself to do anything that causes you anxiety or stress bc as you said this is meant to be fun and exciting. but also i do wanna say - you mention how there's a timeline to these things, but i don't think you need to care about that! if you want to drop your september wrap up in the middle of november, do it! do it whenever and however YOU want. and i know this is futile bc we all fall victim to it, but don't listen to the negative comments. you're 1) allowed your opinions and 2) don't need to prove yourself!

I've read more books with positive vibes and magic/nature themes. September stand out books for me were Kitchen by Banana Yoshimoto and The Ragwitch by Garth Nix. This month I've enjoyed My Roommate is a Vampire by Jenna Levine and Hello Stranger by Katherine Center.

I totally relate to not remembering most of the books I read. I have to read a summary blurb to remember. I often even forget the names of the main characters. It's like, my brain can really only remember in detail the last 2 books I've read.

I decided to get the One Piece singles (even though my wallet sobbed at my very hard decision, don't worry I got the bleach omnis) because the covers are so GORGEOUS and the volumes are very colorful. The omnis have cropped panels that focus on Luffy a lot of times and I knew I would feel like I was missing out. T_T.

Who out here hating on the queen.... Unacceptable. It's a wrap up video not a fucking test guys, who gives this big of a damn about plot synopsis. Personal preference but I really enjoy listening about the 'vibes' of books than their actual plots... Like, it gives me more of an idea whether I would like it or not.
Also, not me also ordering like 20 manga volumes after several months of not buying anything. The seratonin is THROUGH the roof and the package is not even here yet.

So many good books! The Skypiea arc isn't a filler arc though, there's no such thing in Manga as 'fillers'. Fillers are episodes added to the anime to fill the space, whether it's waiting for production, in between production, etc. Skypiea being in the manga makes it canon. People think that they can skip Skypiea because of this and it ends up being a problem later when they don't understand things.

Goddamn relatable about hating doing wrap ups. My least fav video to do, so I now just do huge ones every 3-4 months where I don't talk abt everything but only the books I want to discuss.
