What's better than having a golden and crunchy, deep-fried Suppli' di Carbonara? Spaghetti alla Carbonara is a staple in Rome. For the longest time, I had Carbonara as the main course: creamy egg sauce with crispy pancetta. Kind of unbeatable. Then, I tried the Deep Fried Carbonara version of Bonci, in his shop in Rome and it blew my mind. I decided to try to remake his invention and it came out pretty awesome! Enjoy this extremely delicious recipe, made into a deep-fried ball, also called Suppli' di Carbonara.
