    I would love to see a slightly longer HIIT workout. I’m already loving your 10 min HIIT and have just added this 5 min workout to make it longer but a 15-20 HIIT would be amazing! Thanks for all of your enjoyable detailed workouts 😊

      Great suggestion! I have a few older HIIT videos on my “20 minute workouts” playlists but I can definitely create some newer ones too! ❤

    I’ve been doing your workouts this pregnancy and found great benefits from it. The timing of this new video is perfect. My little one is now 8 weeks old and I’m ready to get moving but don’t have much time. Excited to give this a go!

    Hi Lauren 👋🏻❤ my favorite person on CZcams 🙌🏻 I’ve been doing all your workouts but one question is 20 minutes cardio is enough after doing deep core workouts also I’m doing strength workouts 3-4 times a week ? I feel lost 😅

      That sounds like a great plan! 20 minutes is sufficient for sure. I always suggest prioritizing strength training, which it sounds like you’re doing! Then adding in cardio-15 to 45 minutes depending on how intense.

      @@laurenfitterfitness I’m a C-section mama I should have mention, I saw that you also have a 12 week C-section recover plan, should I still stick to the other one? Sorry for the many questions but are your guides CZcams videos or are they just picture demonstrations?

      @@MariaTorres-el5rvyou could do either-I’d suggest the C-section resurvey plan if you are just now reintroducing exercise. But, since you’re 1 year postpartum, you may benefit more from my Postpartum Ab Program CZcams Guide. The guides include links to videos on CZcams! It’s a daily schedule-12 weeks, 72 workouts. ❤

    hey... Im form Bangladesh... I have also c section 7months ago..now .too much belly fat...can you suggest my first exercise whats type??

      Hi! I suggest first starting with my C-section recovery plan (if you’ve had a C-section) or my Postpartum Ab Program to heal your core.
      Strength training will also help reduce body fat, and you’ll find playlists or strength workouts on my channel as well!
      But the main factor in losing body fat is nutrition. I have a guide on my website if you need some guidance and structure in this area!

      @@yulielisawati1601 Hi! Once you are cleared to exercise by your medical provider, I suggest first starting with my C-section recovery plan + my Postpartum Ab Program to heal your core. After completing those, you can gradually start this workout!
