Tim Brown caught his 100th touchdown in this game and got a standing ovation as the Raiders won 30-20 in real life. Kerry Collins led the nfl with 24 interceptions for the rest of the season after Gannon went down.
Kerry Collins was a good QB. Idk what went wrong with him and why he was never the man.
@@PontFlair He would just throw go and post routes into triple or quadruple coverage which was a massive issue. He also had no mobility and panicked if you blitzed him. He was good in New York, but below average pretty much in Oakland. Also didn’t help Kerry that when we got Moss the next year, the coaches only wanted him to exclusively run go routes or post routes also.
really like the more defensive tone of the games. Nice change of pace.

Growing pains but it’s still early. Least the defense played fairly okay.
More risks could be taken sure and probably a little more running than passing but with time, you’ll get this game going.
I do really dig the strong defensive side of this game. It makes the game a little more tougher.

Trotter would've been an AWESOME signing for these Raiders and allowed you to move into a 4-3 scheme easily.

I always liked playing on the baseball field etc when I used the Oakland Raiders in Franchise Mode on Madden.
As a Raider Fan and A subscriber to you I always wanted to see you do a raiders franchise mode in madden 05
I've always liked The Oakland Raiders. Can't pinpoint why.
I usually end up playing as them at some point whenever I go back to the classic Madden games.
I think you need to start taking more risks and not play so conservatively. Kicking a FG at the one yard line is foolish. Even if you didn’t get it you would’ve had them backed up at the 1 yard line with enough time to get the ball back to score again. Not going for it made the difference in the game. Taking 3 in a game where you’re struggling to move the ball and score doesn’t do you any good

Would hope Robert Gallery isn't a bust, Simeon Rice is just a dawg....but for sure gotta move the trenches, so you can move the chains, but you're a teacher of the game coach, we know you'll figure it out.

Would you maybe consider signing a RB faster than Wheatley? As much as you like to run outside it's almost painful to watch that turtle on an outside run. You could almost find a faster RB in free agency at this point.
Throw some streaks when you get man coverage you can get some big plays your dinking and dunking when you can get TDs
The players on Madden 05 run do slow for whatever reason
Trade everybody… get as many picks as u can.. sign the worse FA.. and try your best cuz we don’t tank on this channel.. but u know all them gonna retire so get what u can

Stop throwing over the middle inside 2 minutes!!! I cant stand The Raiduhs in any way, shape or form but its so frustrating watching you throw over the middle in a two minute drill with less than 3 timeouts. Im a Coach Dawkins fan, I BELIEVE COACH!!!
It’s how Coach Dawk plays and he’s even said he’s a fan of that style.
