The show is "Austin City Lights", starring 'Flash' Jordan Thomas, her mother 'Lady B.', and usually accompanied by two gentleman whom both suspiciously resemble and/or sound like the late Elvis, and Roy Orbison. The most mind bending, surreal television show on Austin Cable Access back in the day. Oldsters with too much time, LSD, and television cameras. Every one of their shows should be digitally preserved, and marketed as a DVD box set. Pure and unequaled genius from Austin, Texas...ya'll.
I watched Austin City Lights after coming in from the bars in my twenties. It was usually not religious in nature, but a bunch of talentless people with all of the resources to otherwise have a really good show.
