The Buffalo SMALLMOUTH SLAM 2024! (Lake Erie)

Fishing Lake Erie (Buffalo Harbor) for BIG smallmouth bass in spring of 2024! Also landed some sheepshead (freshwater drum) and a white bass (sliver bass).

We travel from Evansville Indiana every mother's day week..tons of big smallmouth..my wife had 3 over 5 pounds. We love fishing the flats in front of the windmills

You guys are all wearing jackets and coats. I was there roughly 4 weeks ago also in the exact same spot fishing from my kayak. You had much better luck than I did. Just a matter of when they come through there. But that is a great location. I intend on going back in a few weeks. Great video by the way.

Looks so fun. Can you fish from shore off that concrete platform ? I see some stair cases to access?

I don't believe there is shore access to the concrete platform in the background of this particular video but there is shore access to many of the break walls in Buffalo. Notably at Buffalo Harbor State Park and the Black Rock Canal. On a calm day all the break walls are reachable via kayak as well.
