Cong. Abante tulungan nio po yong mga victims ng human rights mag file sa trial court. Not all the human rights victim are telling the truth especially if one interested party may ride with the issue and persuade, coached to tell convincing allegations beyond the real truth of the victim's issues. If the hearing in congress will allow legal counsel to cross examine both the witnesses of the complainant and dependant, then it would be appreciated, and maybe one sided perception in the hearing shall be properly avoided.
Otherwise, propaganda is still being practiced.
