Hi Rob, That looks a cracking job. I was in a trade and the amount of mess builders used to leave at the end of a job had to be seen to be believed. Great to see at the end of the video how clean and tidy it was left. The customer appreciates the work so much better.

Damo and Aidee did a fantastic job on our Deluxe conversion 5 years ago. Very similar to this version but 4 extra steel girders lengthways as the trusses were removed and water tank repositioned. 4 Velux windows and more storage doors. We painted the plaster ourselves and put carpet tiles down. Very very happy with the results and the house hasn’t collapsed yet which is also good😂. Only took a week from start to finish. What a transformation from a typical wasted area to being a pleasure to climb up the ladder into a bright, airy room. The house definitely holds the heat more in winter and keeps the loft cooler in summer. Recommended.

Wow, that is amazing a whole new room up there... here in Australia our roofs do not have any where near that amount of vertical space in the roofs... we are lucky to be able to kneel full height in our roofs.... You have a fantastic amount of space there for a great layout...

I love watching your videos and seeing the transformations. My loft is huge! But can’t afford to turn into a room. So I use it for storage. I’ve been looking at hand rails for the loft hatch and I really like the one you make up. Can I ask what size timber did you use for the hand rail.
