So pretty and thank you for sharing all the steps. It helps so much for the first lap-book I make 😀👍I am working on it now and it is very very easy. I have so much stuff from packing and so great I finally got to use it.
I am going for something I never have tried- a travel theme book. I have 2 Tim holtz paper pads I have saved. Tim holtz is so difficult to get hands of and expensive so when I get it I don’t want to use it.
Now it time to get it out of the box and make something pretty 👍😉

I love that this is the opposite of the hidden spine, This is the “in your face spine”. I’ve got my spine drying with my E 6000 glue ( cuz that’s my heavy duty glue on hand). Who knows how this will play out but so far I’m having fun❤️
Will try to keep the fun going and may be some “Craft” as well 😂😂 as per results, found out it’s always a surprise 😮😮 and yes you’re right that spine should be framed !!!!👊!!!

Well, I’m using the big Martha Stewart scoring board(was on sale at Michael’s) and wouldn’t be able to compare… that’s the only one I have !!! Works good though 😀❣️

Do not use a water based glue it will wrinkle up… You can also put two strips of 110lb card stock in each spine to strengthen them… Once you have the pinched together, you need to roll the spine back and forth before the glue sets or you will tear the spine the first time it is put under stress of back and forth movement… Stop using cheap makeup sponges to apply ink. The sponge soaks up the ink at double the rate of a PROPER inking tool. You are wasting more ink this way. The whole point is to have the ink sit on top of the PROPER ink tool to apply evenly and correctly… Please watch product videos to understand how your crafting tools and products work. Work smarter NOT harder…
