This first Fabia generation was extremely strong and well made compared to other cars in its class. Still one of the best small cars. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I have a blue MPI engine Fabia from year 2003. I love this car, this is my first car. I think so every Skoda is very comfortable car, and the people can find a lot of happy moments when he has a Skoda. Perfect video, greatings from Hungary 👍

My first car was a 2003 Fabia in a metallic gray,1.2 gasoline engine
I had a 2004 Saloon, it was my first car. I loved that thing. It didn't have a lot of power, and the brakes weren't great, but I drove it everywhere. Lots of 500km trips to see my dad on the weekends. It always got me there. I could not use regular fuel; it caused knock. Shell V-Power every tank.

teraz to chodliwy temat - najlepiej w tym silniku z gazem - auto super łatwe do odsprzedania. A ten silnik mimo że ma niby tylko 75 KM to sprawuje się zupełnie nieźle i ma dobrze zestopniowaną skrzynię.
A u golf 4 nije dobar motor 1.4 po srbiji ,tako kazu nasi ljudi. Imam Golf 4 sa tim 1.4 motor i zadovoljan !

Miałem fabie z tym silnikiem,spalanie na mieście rzędu 10-11/100km to była normalna sprawa.Niestety nie mogę powiedzieć że jest to oszczędny silnik 😔
@@mateuszt2231 Tyle to w mieście pali BMW E34 2,0l, więc ten 1,4l w tak lekkim aucie to mało oszczędny silnik.
@@alchemik2010 nie ma co się dziwić to archaiczna konstrukcja OHV tylko że wyposażona we wtrysk wielopunktowy.Jedyna zaletą jest prostota i śmiesznie tanie części np nowy łańcuch rozrządu to coś ok 100-150 zł.Zuzycie paliwa i dynamika to masakra

Taka Skoda Fabia kombi to nawet ciekawe rozwiązanie. Niektórzy nie potrzebują dużej przestrzeni w kabinie, bo jeżdżą np. w 1-2 osoby lub są niewysocy. Z kolei jest przy tym całkiem pojemny i ustawny bagażnik. Szkoda, że nadwozie kombi w segmencie B niemal wymarło. Owszem, niektóre modele były trochę pokraczne, ale ta Skoda I, choć może trochę nijaka, to wyglądała w kombi całkiem ok. Ibiza ST z zewnątrz z kolei była całkiem fajnym autem.

Bardzo fajny samochód, posiadam niemalże identyczny egzemplarz 1.4 16V 75koni tylko że rok młodszy. Jedzie bardzo dynamicznie jak na jedynie 75 kucy , w środku cicho podczas jazdy, silnik cicho równo pracuje, dodatkowo kombi to dobrze bo zawsze coś większego można przewieźć. Ogólnie bardzo dobry samochód, osobiście nie mogę mu nic zarzucić ;-)

Mam taką Skodzinkę tylko 1.4 MPI 68hp. Ale radio, to miałem identyczne :D JVC
Bought one after a lupo i had, needed sometihing bigger, its the runaround car, got it cheap, no rust, mecanically good, 380k km's in it, 1.4 16v 75hp, LPG all its life, original engine, still runs good, oil change ALWAYS done at 9-10k km, cheap to maintain, rides nice, looks nice, feels solid still after 20 years and the km done with it.
Parts i can get for free for it, exept of course the importants bits you buy new....
Swapped a few EGR valves, they tend to eat them up pretty fast, other than that, absolutely nothing wrong with it, did 30k since i have it.
One of the best cars, still i know one of these under 40k km's its just the 1.2 .....get at least 4 cilinders.
A subtle muffler, sound really nice, sporty , rally sound...not to annoying, these engines sound real good with a nice exhaust.
i bought the same model last year, from 2001 which had only 35 000 km (!!!). I drove now 15 000 with it, and I love it. Germany here

Forgot to mention, i had AC to, and still works, for 500E what i payed for the car, right after swapped most articulation parts front, timing belt+rolers with tensioner +Water pump of course and a new clutch. Soon i need some new brake shoes in the back for the drum brakes, but, hey, 20 euros a set, i feel like stealing.....:D( usual maintanance parts, that you will need at some point nayway) and of course, new EGR valve god damnit allready, i am at the 3rd one lol, make no difference other then getting rid of the "check engine" light in the dash. So might just ignore the shit out of it.
Swapping gearbox oil soon, just for my sake, and engine oil soon with filters , only "super leichtlauf " from LIQUI MOLY + filters, and its set again for many more km's
Good story, ONCE , it tried to leave me hanging on the side of the highway (400km's from home) , the generator gave up, still drove to a nearby village off highway, since these are so widespread(VAG), i bough another from a local for 20 euros, 10m took the swap, got home, use it ever since.....

Yeah I have AC too and it still works, but it always starts making a snaring noise after a few minutes.. but is cooling at the same time. I decided I will use the AC until it gives up, and just live with the noise.
Definitely change oil every 15 000 km, that's the base for longevity. i should say I paid 4000€ for the car, but it had only little over 33 500 km, so... and the maintenance had been flawless over those 20 years. I didn't know about the EGR valve, will keep an eye on that! but 500€ is a great price for yours, too. well done

Ja taką posiadam. Pomijając fakt podjadania oleju, silnik pancerny. 100k km zrobione w 4 lata, auto regularnie kręcone pod czerwone pole i nic, wciąż daje radę. Jak się odpowiednio długo będzie prosić to potrafi pojechać nawet 210 kmh (licznikowe). Jedyne co denerwuje mnie (może tylko w moim modelu) to częste drobne usterki
My máme HTP (bez chiptuningu) a zatím mám takovou zkušenost (testoval jsem již 6 kousků 1.4 16V), že HTP bylo daleko živější. 1.4 16V se musel vždy strašně vytáčet, aby to jelo... Nicméně mi přišla živější od spoda 1.4 MPi, jelikož je to stará dobrá předělaná 1.3 MPi... :D
@@karosab9322 Ile koni HTP? Generalnie te silniki przy mniejszej ilości obrotów uzyskują max moment obrotowy i moc maksymalną, pewnie stąd wrażenie, że są żwawsze..

Miałem taką Skodę w tej samej pojemności ale czeską jednostkę 8v. Prosta jak dupcenie, zajebisty dostęp do wszystkiego ale awaryjna w ciul była. Czasem tak rozważam czy nie bardziej by mi się poszczęściło gdyby mi się wówczas trafiła ta z silnikiem VW, tym właśnie 1.4 16v ... Ale to takie gdybanie "gdyby babcia miała wąsy to byłaby dziadkiem, gdyby dziadek miał cycki to byłby babcią"

У жены была Шкода Фабия, 1.2 HTP, мкпп, 2010 года, бензин расходовала 4.5 литра на 100 км. Зимой только холодно, мотор никогда не прогревался. Не для России эти моторы.
