Well done to Italy, but what was Angus Gardner doing at the end. Clear deliberate knock on and tried to ignore it. 4 minutes later Scotland finally get the try and convertion they should have been given immediately. Left no time to get that last 3 points.
He did the same against South Africa in the World Cup from a deliberate knock on from Kolbe, and got away with that one. Nothing happened.
Time and time again it happens.
Generally his refereeing today was ok, but he gave 4/5 petty petty ones in the second half against Scotland and no petty ones against Italy (including the baffling offside the win the game).
It's happened every game this 6 nations and isn't acceptable.

Non è bello parlare di arbitri ma sono d'accordo,in particolare nel primo tempo annullata una meta scozzese per ostruzione?io ero allo stadio e l'ostruzione non l'ho vista, era ininfluente ai fini della meta..ma forse ho capito male; poi ultimi 3 minuti non ricordo chi fosse ma c'è stata un'interferenza italiana nel gioco scozzese,non si può mettere la mano per interrompere il gioco pena cartellino giallo,e quello non era un intercetto nè un placcaggio,bisogna essere sportivi onesti ci è andata anche bene,comunque congratulazioni alla scozia e ai ragazzi italiani partita superba, alto livello belle mete,w il rugby

if they want rugby to become popular they should abolish the 6 nations. A European Nations Cup with a 16-team final phase would be a more exciting tournament.
As it stands there would be too many pointless walkover matches in a format like that. I've always thought having 2nd and 3rd tier groups with playoffs for promotion/relegation every 4 years or so based on average points over the term would be an option for change.

It would be a lot better to see rugby support local talent instead of " naturalizing " foreign players to wear a nations jersey and be happy ? Show national pride for a nation other than your own - pretty clear " national " team means born players and nothing else should be allowed, the UN of rugby or football should be banned totally - full stop !!!
