Davis and White are the best in my opinion. But its a good thing that we all don't share the same opinions. What a boring world it would be.......

Well in my opinion, if that counts, Virtue and Moir are the best, and they connect with each other way better than Davis and White do. Which is why they are for sure the most romantic couple at ice dancing. Davis and White, on the other hand, do a better job on how they perform their lifts. One of the reasons why I still think that they should compete at pairs ice skating, ice dancing belongs to Virtue and Moir and this is what DANCING IS, connection, passion, and love. And Virtue and Moir are the best at it. Just accept it.

Virtue and Moir connect with each other basically. That's my opinion. They are both excellent ice dance teams, but I prefer Meryl and Charlie overall. I don't have to accept anything.

Great, great Canadians and simply SUPERB ice dancers - they have elevated the sport so much.....I am hoping(there is a thin chance) that they will compete in 2022 Olympics - they have nothing to prove but I just love watching them SO much
much as i'd love to see more of them in the amateur circuit, i'd rather have them go out on top. i don't want them to end up with another cycle of injuries like in their first quad
Oh I never want any injuries - they are so valiant..and I know they will be 34/32 respectively next Olympics...not impossible....just mostly selfish on my part.......BUT if anyone could defy the odds...V/M can..best ice dancers EVER :)

i was actually quite surprised at how different tessa looked here than in previous seasons to look more dancesport authentic, especially the tanned skin she sported here. i do love how fuller figured she looked here than in previous seasons, either from decreased amount of training having come from surgery or just a maturing body.

I think 100 times better is an exaggeration ;). But here Tessa was after her second surgery, and it was their only full competition of the season. And they had less training time before that than many other skaters have before their first competition of the season. But I guess you knew that. So I think it's only natural that they (especially Tessa) were not at their best here. Skaters are almost never at their best in the beginning of the season, including Tessa and Scott.

I like both programs, but i think that Davis/White were really up to their game today and watching their early competitons of the tango program, I really think that it transformed into someting wonderful. But Voir is sooo fun to watch!!!! I like both teams :DD
Honestly, not their best dance. She looks a little off for Tessa. Watch closely, I've seen this dance many time and there are about 3 times that she almost looses it off her edge. Gorgeous pair, but I've seen them do this 100 times better. THAT is the challenge of dance, to the outside eye it seems easy. It's immensely challenging to nail it ALL and nail it in unison. Great job, I have seen them do better.
Yeah, they spent most of 2010-2011 out of competition because Tessa had to get surgery, so this was their second competition of the entire season (and the first time they performed this FD to completion, because she got injured in the FD during their first competition)!

As much as I love Virtue Moir, I do not feel that this was underrated. The twizzles were a bit shaky and I also found the 2nd part rather slow.

Michelle Coutois it's the first competition they've shown the full program after their surgery. Hence, it couldn't been their best.
They are a great team but I think that Davis & White deserved to win this particular competition. Love Tessa and Scott though.
