Most deep things I have learned about God, came from time alone with him, with strong prayer, tongues, writing down what he said to me. They water-down the Word & many pastors are put in the pulpit to preach a lame teaching to dumb down the congregation. Wolves in sheep's clothing, false teachers.
Sadly, all pastors now go to seminary.most seminaries are run by businessmen, not righteous, godly men. They are teaching doctrines from different types of churches, not the Bible: Lutheran, Methodist, Baptist, Episcopalian or worse, the ,"nondenominational" doctrine, which is a money,-hungry, pride-driven, nepotism wrapped "modern-bible" using trash dump of false theology and hereticism. People who know the Bible are routinely driven out of those organizations. Most "nondenominational" churches are overrun with sexual perverts and witchcraft. It is hidden but absolutely present.
I'm a new Christian. He called me around a month ago. I still haven't been to church, haven't been baptized, nor did I finish reading the Bible. But I stumbled across this channel a few minutes ago with the video entitled "Christianity is not a set of Rules". I think I just found a Gold mine. I'm not sure I'll understand everything but this will be of great use to ease me into the concepts in a "conversational" tone rather than too heavy textbooks (that I'm planning to pick up later on in the journey). When I was earnestly praying and seeking God's answer for physical healing, I clearly heard God's voice audibly in my spirit saying to me "My grace is sufficient" and Right there and then, I agreed and accepted in my spirit what I heard and I stopped looking for a miracle healing. I instantly knew it was God's voice as I was overcome by peace and acceptance and its the very Word of God in the Bible. Since then, God has been faithful to me and the very answer that I'm asking from God, He provides daily. I'm no longer bothered by this physical ailment as I learned to trust God. I believe God didn't give me the miracle I was looking for for He wants me to be humble and depend on His grace alone. God's Grace is indeed sufficient! Thank you Father God for you care enough to deliver to me the very answer I was seeking by speaking to me and for that wonderful privilege of hearing your voice. Truly, His sheep knows Its shepherd's voice. All Glory and honours be yours, Oh Father God in Christ Jesus!
Derek Prince & David Wilkerson were profound teachers of the scriptures in their early ministry. I had the blessed privilege to be pastored by David Wilkerson in NYC during the early years of my salvation conversion, but when I found Derek Prince books, the Holy Spirit took my understanding of the written word to a whole new level back in the mid-90's to early 2Ks. I'm grateful that his ministry lives on through this CZcams channel. I come to it weekly to get inspired teachings!

I just want to give my 2 cents worth. I encourage all who are trying to do the Father’s will to take this concept very seriously. It can save you from going astray! Listening to the voice of God takes patience and persistence. If this is your main goal in this life, I encourage you to strive for this-listening to the voice of God can be done. Strive for this!!
Thank you for this I’m desperate to hear His voice and I get so frustrated when people speak of it like it is so easy and takes a second. But I believe one day I will clearly know the voice of the Lord. In the meantime the Bible is my guide and I am sure the grace

One morning, after a night of prayers, I woke up to an audible make voice that quietly said, “Listen to Me”.It startled me but I know in my heart of hearts that it was my Lord telling me to learn to listen to His voice and obey His word. Very good. Derek Prince is the only minister I ever heard point out from Isa. 50:4 that Jesus was led by the Father through His obedience to listen to His leading everyday. How to hear God's voice never gets old as a teaching; but unfortunately, many Christians don't hear Him nor do they listen for His voice.
I don't quite understand how to hear his voice. I know what conscience is, but how do we know if it's God, or just ourself saying whatever it is at the time? I just can't get it
The pastor talks about verses jumping out at you as if it were meant to be a message to you. This has happened to me so many times. I initially didn't talk about it because I felt I would jinx it and it would stop coming. So many answers ...so many I have received this way. An example. I was stuck in my career and I asked God should I learn SAP or Datawarehousing. I then opened the Bible for the answer. My eyes fell on Psalm 92 ,12 to 14. New American standard bible. "They will still yield fruit in old age;they shall be full of sap and very green" Many thanks to the Lord for speaking to me this way during many many trying years.

God is so good! He can easily say be obedient for the sake of being obedient because it is what you ought to do. Yet, he offers us healing and blessing with our obedience. How good he is to us.

They split it down the middle and call it the Old and the New can't have New without Old. In order to understand the back of the book you need to read and understand the front.. I struggled with hearing God's voice for many years. Then I was told that God communicates to us in several ways. If we need, He will communicate with word pictures. He also communicates by bringing hymns and spiritual songs to rememberance, and of course He communicates by bringing scripture to mind. Also we can frequently feel the burning of the Holy Spirit in our heart. When I got still and began to acknowledge all of these things as the voice of God, my faith grew tremendously. A powerful word picture that I experienced brought such complete and permanent healing to a lifelong emotional injury, I no longer have any doubts. That happened 20 years ago and my belief in God has not waivered even the tiniest. "Be still and know that I am God." Is one of my favorite scriptures because of these experiences.
One way I hear the voice of the Lord is through his word. I have learned to be open to how He chooses to speak to me. The Holy Spirit confirms the voice of the Lord. That's why it is so important that the Holy Spirit dwell in us!

I believe this means the false gospels and different Jesus' being preached in addition to the literal taking of the scriptures (which is being done in China already). This is why daily, we should be seeking Him through prayer, reading scripture, and fasting; putting on the full armor. God the Father spoke to me. I was alone sitting on my friends covered porch and a hot Texas day smoking cigars. A storm blew in right by me. Thunder crashed as rain fell. I cheered it on then all stopped and I said aloud "Thank you Father" and He responded "I thought you'd like that'. He knew I'd like it but said "I thought". He made a storm for me then was humble to me. Our Dear, Humble Father!

was given great confirmation by Derek Prince today. I have been getting up every morning at 6am for half an hour to Listen to the voice of God. He tells me of His love and then reveals his wisdom for me for the entire day. When finished I write in my diary what I can remember which can take another half an hour. This new discipline has only begun in the last 6 months. It is powerful and very specific and personal for me. Cancer gives fatigue but God's grace and strenght works everyday! Therefore Derek again has encouraged my Christian faith. .

So blessed to have this mans sermons so profound! It reminds me of a time when I had backslidden for many years and I finally decided to come back to the lord, I found it so hard and felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere. I cried out to God to help me and he showed me a vision, he took me back to when I was a child lost in a store, he asked me what did I do when I was lost, I said I’d call out to my mother he said that’s right you didn’t use your eyes to see, you used your ear to hear her voice until you found her. He said I want you to do that to me, listen to my voice and keep following it until you find me. This message reminds me so much of gods grace and goodness in leading me back home to him just by simply hearing his voice!!
My prayer is to be still so I can hear from my Father. It can be so easy to lose focus by just living our everyday lives. WOW! A preacher/pastor that says it's not through reading the bible that we hear Christ but through listening to His voice. Bible reading is essential but it's through hearing Christ, listening to Him speak. So many people know scripture but they don't know the Lord. I recall reading a devotional one day where the writer said that Jesus is not going to give us an exam on how much scripture we've learned when we get to heaven but He's going to take us through our fruit. The bible reading is important, yes. But to think of believers in persecuted nations where bibles are banned, how do they know Jesus? They hear Him, they listen to Him.

Yes you can be a believer and still be under the curse if you are not filled with the holy spirit and or if you are carnal minded. Thats why the word instructs believers to pray with out ceasing, put on the whole armour of God and put nothing before Him. There's so many reasons why and how a christian can be in bondage w/o knowing thats why God's word is food to make us fat so the Lord can speak to us thru His word. We must know it and meditate on God's word only. Yesterday I went to my church conference that kicked off yesterday. Since the class I originally signed up for would meet next week instead. I decided to check out Prayer. Well let me tell you it was awesome! Most of what the teacher spoke about was confirmation for me that my prayer life is improving as well as on track. I answered what does prayer mean? I responded to meditate on the word of God by faith to receive. And someone before I responded said, "to ask" which is necessary. Just thought I share 😊God bless!
I believe that believers can come under curses. Salvation is granted without regard to works of the flesh or the Spirit. None ever got saved because they were good or started a program of good so why should they be counted among the unsaved if they become evil? to those that do no works but believe on Him who justifies the WICKED, that man's [naked] belief is counted as righteousness. As far as the unsaved goes they are spiritually dead therefore they cannot do works of the Spirit which are nonsense to them until they believe. You believe on Jesus Christ in the condition that you are without any strings attached. However there are curses placed on certain post salvation modes of thinking & motivation &^ words & deeds. Preach a false gospel you come under a curse. Return to Legalism or sacrificial systems & you come under a curse. Promote a false version of the scriptures & you come under a curse. The curse causeless shall not come but all sin is paid for in full to them that have believed.

Some I can relate to while some I can not. Thank God for grace and mercy. Im so glad He chose me to live again without anymore limitations. All His promises are accessible to the believer and we live according to the Kingdom of Christ not by law. It took me awhile to understand what thst meant some years ago as a new believer. Recently I had a strong desire to buy a bibe and start to read it, however I kept picking it up and putting it down not really understanding a lot of the messages within it, in fact I was getting quite frustrated with myself for not being able to understand the Old Testament especially. However, one evening I had just closed the bible and a voice said to me "This is your meat!" (I had recently decided to go Vegan because I believed God had told me that it was the best way I could help the environment, animals and my body)! After He said "This is your meat!" he also said "This is His Mark, His Mark is His Promise, His Promise is His Word and This Is His Word (the Bible)!" I was blown away and have not put the Bible down since and I believe He is blessing me with the gifts of Wisdom and Understanding more and more and I also believe he is asking me to share my experiences and His word as much as possible!
I have known 1 pastor in my life with depth and sincerity, and he was “controlled” by the elders of the church. I could always tell he was holding back or had to alter his messages. I’m a singer and God would show me what songs or hymns to practice. Pastor Jack would call me early in the week, ask me if I had a song for the coming Sunday. Every time, it was from the verses he was going to talk about. Now, THAT is God speaking and us listening. 🙏🏼❤️

One morning, after a night of prayers, I woke up to an audible make voice that quietly said, “Listen to Me”.It startled me but I know in my heart of hearts that it was my Lord telling me to learn to listen to His voice and obey His word. There are only very few more whom I believe preach the truth. I’m so happy that Jesus spoke to me in an audible voice, I know it’s rare for that to happen but I’m delighted!

Very good. Derek Prince is the only minister I ever heard point out from Isa. 50:4 that Jesus was led by the Father through His obedience to listen to His leading everyday. How to hear God's voice never gets old as a teaching; but unfortunately, many Christians don't hear Him nor do they listen for His voice.

The pastor talks about verses jumping out at you as if it were meant to be a message to you. This has happened to me so many times. I initially didn't talk about it because I felt I would jinx it and it would stop coming. So many answers ...so many I have received this way. An example. I was stuck in my career and I asked God should I learn SAP or Datawarehousing. I then opened the Bible for the answer. My eyes fell on Psalm 92 ,12 to 14. New American standard bible. "They will still yield fruit in old age;they shall be full of sap and very green" Many thanks to the Lord for speaking to me this way during many many trying years.
Well, by that standard, God could only answer "sap", since there is no Datawarehousing in the whole bible.

Derek Prince you are spot on with this teaching! Unfortunately a lot of people do not understand your teachings because they do not understand the bible as a WHOLE BOOK! They split it down the middle and call it the Old and the New can't have New without Old. In order to understand the back of the book you need to read and understand the front.. I struggled with hearing God's voice for many years. Then I was told that God communicates to us in several ways. If we need, He will communicate with word pictures. He also communicates by bringing hymns and spiritual songs to rememberance, and of course He communicates by bringing scripture to mind. Also we can frequently feel the burning of the Holy Spirit in our heart. When I got still and began to acknowledge all of these things as the voice of God, my faith grew tremendously. A powerful word picture that I experienced brought such complete and permanent healing to a lifelong emotional injury, I no longer have any doubts. That happened 20 years ago and my belief in God has not waivered even the tiniest. "Be still and know that I am God." Is one of my favorite scriptures because of these experiences.

One way I hear the voice of the Lord is through his word. I have learned to be open to how He chooses to speak to me. The Holy Spirit confirms the voice of the Lord. That's why it is so important that the Holy Spirit dwell in us!

I believe this means the false gospels and different Jesus' being preached in addition to the literal taking of the scriptures (which is being done in China already).
This is why daily, we should be seeking Him through prayer, reading scripture, and fasting; putting on the full armor. Otherwise, we'll have nothing to stand on during tribulation as we'll be bringing a butterknife to a sword fight, so to speak. God bless you!

The first time I went to a church where my change started, I felt a hand on my shoulder and there was no one walking behind me.
was given great confirmation by Derek Prince today. I have been getting up every morning at 6am for half an hour to Listen to the voice of God. He tells me of His love and then reveals his wisdom for me for the entire day. When finished I write in my diary what I can remember which can take another half an hour. This new discipline has only begun in the last 6 months. It is powerful and very specific and personal for me. Cancer gives fatigue but God's grace and strenght works everyday! Therefore Derek again has encouraged my Christian faith.

It reminds me of a time when I had backslidden for many years and I finally decided to come back to the lord, I found it so hard and felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere. I cried out to God to help me and he showed me a vision, he took me back to when I was a child lost in a store, he asked me what did I do when I was lost, I said I’d call out to my mother he said that’s right you didn’t use your eyes to see, you used your ear to hear her voice until you found her. He said I want you to do that to me, listen to my voice and keep following it until you find me. This message reminds me so much of gods grace and goodness in leading me back home to him just by simply hearing his voice!!
My prayer is to be still so I can hear from my Father. It can be so easy to lose focus by just living our everyday lives. But when we take a moment to acknowledge the Holy Spirit and just be still He will talk to us. I pray that we can all learn to be still and know that He is God. In Jesus name Amen.
WOW! A preacher/pastor that says it's not through reading the bible that we hear Christ but through listening to His voice. Bible reading is essential but it's through hearing Christ, listening to Him speak.
So many people know scripture but they don't know the Lord.
I recall reading a devotional one day where the writer said that Jesus is not going to give us an exam on how much scripture we've learned when we get to heaven but He's going to take us through our fruit.
The bible reading is important, yes. But to think of believers in persecuted nations where bibles are banned, how do they know Jesus? They hear Him, they listen to Him.

After responding to Doug I notice your response after I posted. Yes you can be a believer and still be under the curse if you are not filled with the holy spirit and or if you are carnal minded. Thats why the word instructs believers to pray with out ceasing, put on the whole armour of God and put nothing before Him. There's so many reasons why and how a christian can be in bondage w/o knowing thats why God's word is food to make us fat so the Lord can speak to us thru His word. We must know it and meditate on God's word only. Yesterday I went to my church conference that kicked off yesterday. Since the class I originally signed up for would meet next week instead. I decided to check out Prayer. Well let me tell you it was awesome! Most of what the teacher spoke about was confirmation for me that my prayer life is improving as well as on track. I answered what does prayer mean? I responded to meditate on the word of God by faith to receive. And someone before I responded said, "to ask" which is necessary. Just thought I share 😊God bless!

I believe that believers can come under curses. Salvation is granted without regard to works of the flesh or the Spirit. None ever got saved because they were good or started a program of good so why should they be counted among the unsaved if they become evil? to those that do no works but believe on Him who justifies the WICKED, that man's [naked] belief is counted as righteousness. As far as the unsaved goes they are spiritually dead therefore they cannot do works of the Spirit which are nonsense to them until they believe. You believe on Jesus Christ in the condition that you are without any strings attached. However there are curses placed on certain post salvation modes of thinking & motivation &^ words & deeds. Preach a false gospel you come under a curse. Return to Legalism or sacrificial systems & you come under a curse. Promote a false version of the scriptures & you come under a curse. The curse causeless shall not come but all sin is paid for in full to them that have believed.

Some I can relate to while some I can not. Thank God for grace and mercy. Im so glad He chose me to live again without anymore limitations. All His promises are accessible to the believer and we live according to the Kingdom of Christ not by law. It took me awhile to understand what thst meant some years ago as a new believer. Recently I had a strong desire to buy a bibe and start to read it, however I kept picking it up and putting it down not really understanding a lot of the messages within it, in fact I was getting quite frustrated with myself for not being able to understand the Old Testament especially. However, one evening I had just closed the bible and a voice said to me "This is your meat!" (I had recently decided to go Vegan because I believed God had told me that it was the best way I could help the environment, animals and my body)! After He said "This is your meat!" he also said "This is His Mark, His Mark is His Promise, His Promise is His Word and This Is His Word (the Bible)!" I was blown away and have not put the Bible down since and I believe He is blessing me with the gifts of Wisdom and Understanding more and more and I also believe he is asking me to share my experiences and His word as much as possible!
I have known 1 pastor in my life with depth and sincerity, and he was “controlled” by the elders of the church. I could always tell he was holding back or had to alter his messages. I’m a singer and God would show me what songs or hymns to practice. Pastor Jack would call me early in the week, ask me if I had a song for the coming Sunday. Every time, it was from the verses he was going to talk about. Now, THAT is God speaking and us listening. 🙏🏼❤️
